Has anyone ever seen something that made them utter something similar to the topic name? And if so, have you ever actually gone ahead and built it? I'm speaking strictly in the context of things not from Warhammer/game of choice btw, if only to avoid such things as "Hey that guy drew the Emperor on his tank, I'll do it too!" Or perhaps you haven't, but a friend of yours has. Tell us about it. (with pics if you have them!)
For me, I just saw this about an hour ago and now I want it as a daemon prince.

I don't have any pictures yet, but I saw Belial here in the Gallery and was inspired to create something vaguely similar for my Chapter Master.
I took the Terminator Librarian model with the Force Staff, cut off the top of the staff, replaced it with a power sword, a power axe (like a halberd) and a storm bolter from a vehicle sprue. Then instead of the storm bolter or open hand on the other arm, I cut off my Black Reach warboss's Power Klaw and put that on him, and added a Dark Angels censer with two ropes and attacked the warboss's head, like a trophy. Finished it up with a simple aquila icon above the head.
Looks pretty sweet, I'll see if I can get a picture later.
I'm a huge fan of Duke Nukem, and once I heard about Sly Marbo, I knew I had to make a Duke Nukem conversion. I am yet to do it, but it's been in the planning stages for a long time now!

OH GOD THAT'S AMAZING! I'll never get the stain out of these boxer's after that (or off the PC monitor) but that's a great idea SRM. Standing on barrel's I assumes, his classic Nukem 3D pose?

"As I recall, your face was tortured. Imagine that - the Master of the Wolves, his ferocity twisted into grief. And yet you still carried out your duty. You always did what was asked of you. So loyal. So tenacious. Truly you were the attack dog of the Emperor. You took no pleasure in what you did. I knew that then, and I know it now. But all things change, my brother. I'm not the same as I was, and you're... well, let us not mention where you are now." - Magnus the Red, to a statue of Leman Russ

Self-proclaimed evil Cat-person. Dues Ex Felines
Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.

I want to model the whole crew from page 98-99 of the 40k rulebook, especially the Guard Officer, though I'll never get round to it. Has anyone done it before?
Well later this summer im going to do a whole guard platoon with a nod theme from cnc3tw. (Ill make a blog out of it when the time comes)

And heaven forbid if the Marine would also happen to have an intimidating looking, vertical scar. Then you're surly boned. Those guys are the worst. Not a chance I'd say.

My friend is in the works of doing an entire splicer/big daddy themed army for IG. Normal splicers for the guard, Big Daddy's for Ogryn and the Prototype daddy from BS 2 as Nork Deddog. Different splicers for the psyker battle squads and other ideas as we draw them up. Still in the planning stages but will be something he hopes to finish.
