Hello everyone, this is my first post here.

Well, what i was going to ask is if there is any way to make any enouth good looking female ork. I ask it because i always wanted to add some female orcs, even if the lore doesn't support it, but the "female" orcs i've seen weren't what i was looking for.

I though i could mix some ork pieces with daemonettes bodies, changing their arms and legs. I made something like that to have a cheap unit of savage orcs, mixing orc features with beastmen chests.

Sorry to tell you buddy but they are no female orks if you read some of they story i think orks just reproduce from spores they spread while dying

There have been a few attempts at Ork females, this one springs to mind

Also I'm sure that these guys http://www.wargamesfoundry.com/main.asp do some Orc females

For the most part, if there were Orc females, I would imagine they would just look like males with some boobs ( a bit like female body builders!) so a few blobs of greenstuff for the right "lumps and bumps" along with some female accesories (think handbags rather than kitbags, along with a whole different kind of warpaint!) should do the trick.

Sorry to tell you that but...

And by the way, the 'spore' stuff appeared for the first time in the 3rd ed codex (or was it in Gorkamorka?). Before that, female orks were just supposed to... no you probably d'on't want to know about orkish sexuality (an by the way no-one does, that's probably why the 'spore stuff' was created)

And there were other fantasy ones, dragging some sprogs around with them.

I think the fluff has moved on a bit since then, no more female orcs.

Personally, I like the current fluff on how the reproduce. The thought of Orks with bewbs never seemed appealing, not in the slightest. But alas, its your army idea, if you want to make it go right ahead. Infact you might end up making a very cool looking army. I personally HATE Squats with a passion, but Ive still seen Squat counts as IG that look friggin awesome. So dont get discouraged because people hate the thought, just make sure you pull it off so we nay sayers can say "Well I still hate female Orks, but that is a cool army"

Its hard to be awesome, when your playing with little plastic men.

If you think your important, in the great scheme of things. Do the water test.

Put your hands in a bucket of warm water,
then pull them out fast. The size of the hole shows how important you are.
I think we should roll some dice, to see if we should roll some dice, To decide if all this dice rolling is good for the game.

There are no female Orks, there are no female Marines. These are irrefutable facts of Warhams fluff and must never be challenged. I will never, ever, for the life of me EVER understand the desire of some hobbyists to sculpt boobs on their tiny plastic spacemans. It's creepy and looks terrible.

The thing that I dont see is simply how deamonettes could fit with orks in a sensible covertion.

I dont mind either ork or marine females, but I think they would probably look pretty much the same as the male variant. Besides, if orks reproduce by "spores and shrooms" the present range would not really be male would it, they would be without sex, and some clan might look more like women in the eyes of humies. Unless you plan some extreme close ups of genitalia: problem solved.

Thanks, i'll try to do my best when the time comes. I still have to analyse the parts of different armies to find the right body.

I was thinking in daemonettes because they are on plastic now, besides they are big enouth to be orcs.

I want to make female orcs for many reasons, one is because is pretty sad for the orcs that they don't have anything to hug :(, but mostly to do anything new and interesting and for the LoLz.

What do you think of say: an Ig player converting a handful of guardsmen or so to females? Or people making thier own Eschers for Necromunda?

Is more for fantasy, but anyway, i want to make something better than just add boobs to an ork body.

By the way, there isn't any female orc head bits? or at least some wild female humanoid heads? Probably not, but had to ask.

My army is full of ork girls. They all are painted in bright, pretty colors. They have no "appendage conversions".

The way I feel about ork girls is how Gimli describes dwarf women in LOTR: They look like dwarf men so many people think there are no dwarf women.

My orks don't follow "spore lore", they just pretty much left the dudes to found their own clan because they hate laundry. NO laundry lines on my trukks; what a sacrilege.

My advice is to paint/model however you like. Regardless of lore, stories, whatever. You're going to get some looks and comments (I know I do) which is probably the reason you're doing this. There are lots of people who will not have any trouble telling you that your army doesn't fit what they think it should be, so be prepared for negativity.

I can see ork kommandos going in drag as a way to try to infiltrate the enemy (with disastrous results)

Ork kommandos dressed as SOB or Banshees in ill-fitting disguises with hair squigs and chest squigs could be comic gold...

That's a little different, as IG and Eschers aren't guaranteed to be male 100% of the time. I still think it's a bit odd though.

When I think of ork women (even though they dont exist) I think of a bunch of ork like creatures with aprons, hair, and rolling pins XD
Maybe im just playing too much Overlord, with their halfling creatures.
Anyways, Im not sure that ork woman would work out. The one I saw earlier that you said you were going to buy, It looked way too hamane and non orkish. While youre building these, keep in mind that ork woman are just as brutish and slobish as other orks. They dont go to hair salons and gyms to work out their beautiful bodys like regular woman. Anyways, good luck.
