nah. I'll just put out this warning:
If you build near the hill without my consent, I will burn the house down if I don't approve.
and after I give consent, please read the rules written inside the hill.
why am I giving permission?
Because I don't want congestion and mess.
I want people to stop building in other's faces, and no cobble monstrosities.

you will get a rough 18 square plot of land assigned by a ring of cobble, and the rules are as follows:
-keep within the boundaries. overhanging areas will be cut off if the offending player is not online to do so him/herself.
-cobble and dirt buildings are banned (with the exception of the tree farm)

sorry to sound like an overlord, but I want equality and as long as you keep within your area, I have no problems with you.

Inventory reset after a crash while I was traveling between buildings caused me to lose twenty blocks (180 ingots) of iron, a block (nine ingots) of gold, two buckets, and three stacks of logs.

Pending contents clearance, my castle will be for sale. Features are numerous.

Includes - built up foundation, with anti-mob water trap and railings for mob blocking. 4 levels plus roof with lava ceiling under glass. A high jump board with viewing tower. Comes also with tree growing area, safe for valuables (chest not included), workshop and farm area, plus has a HUGE mining area and a lava pit/ incinerator.

I'd hate to demolish it, so pm me with your offers.

Also, my Floating island is also for sale, pending light removal and detree. comes with furnace, workbench and bed.
