I have finnally got around to modeling a force of grunts to go with my beast(s).

It is a blast! Kroot can be as much fun as Orks to model.

Very cool, I especially like the big shoota. The gun belt is very nicely draped over the arm.

Thankyou, the reason there is no paint yet is that I cannot make up my mind on a skin colour!

You've really captured the Krootiness in them, but IMHO the first and second miniatures are a little too equipped.

Yep, they were made that way on purpose. The one is the 'butcher' bringing up the rear and the other is carrying extra gear for the assault boys at the very pointy end! (it was just a way of making more variation)

well... my camera is broken but imagine tanned flesh with a Flesh Wash wash
hair is kommando khaki and weapons boltgun metal and they are badly drybrushed with all the colors (exept the Flesh Wash since it cannot be drybrushed).

I think that was the idea.

They strike me as "theme models" meant to play up the Kroot merc aesthetic and fluff...

This load is pretty much all stuff from the Kroot Carnivore box.

Not tryin to knock the tau or anything but.. GW needs to realize that the Kroot are farrrrr superior!

The wrappings were made from strips of foil from the neck of a wine bottle (can't say that I am 100% pleased with them but will wait to see how they turn out after painting!), speaking of which, a start has been made...
