No, according to GW´s legal site:

Heads are gonna roll for this. (Just as long as they are not part of the IP of any 3rd parties). Or, it could be a sign that GW is changing for the better, and there have been a few (well, one or two threads) signs hinting that recently. Good spot though, especially since its at an awkward angle.
