I have a question about how frenzy works with 8th edition.

I would assume so, since its just a split profile and the mount is part of the unit, as far as I can tell?

Have you missed out the actual question in your post?

Do you mean "do the mounts gain frenzy"?

The mounts are part of the unit, so I am under the assumption that they would receive frenzy, the new BRB's rules say who ever has the Frenzy trait gets the extra attack, and the mark of Khorne and the Banner both say the unit gets Frenzy?
