Some later GK squads/minis I did.
The bases are themed to look like deamonic ruins with glowing glypths painted in them, doesnt show well in the pics but various models have various colours on the bases.

First GKT and HQ I did.

How did you achieve this color scheme? The fade of grey to white is very clean. Also, how did you make that 'gold'?

Posting things like these shouldn't be allowed on Dakka...

Makes me feel like my painting skills are just crappy and messy...

Seriously, this is one of the brightest NMM paintjob I've seen!

Those are pretty cool.

Every time I hear "in my opinion" or "just my opinion" makes me want to strangle a puppy. People use their opinions as a shield that other poeple can't critisize and that is bs.

If you can't defend or won't defend your opinion then that "opinion" is bs. Stop trying to tip-toe and defend what you believe in.

Really nice! Question: Why are some missiles painted red with others green?

Munch: Im guessing for frag and krak.

OT: Pure quality, nice to see an entire NMM army for once, rather than just characters in one.
Also, your style of said NMM is great, but any chance on a tut for the gold please? (seems brighter than usual and looks alot better)

Black and white and lots of layers
Gold is made in two types:
1: scorched brown + golden yellow + white
2: black+ snakebite leather + golden yellow + white

Pyriel, your GKs rocks!

Thanks man but dont encourage me, I´m somehow suposed to make a whole GK army with vehicles look this way and I really dread that since even the simpliest mini takes me 10+ hours to paint:(

Really nice! Question: Why are some missiles painted red with others green?

Why some are frags and some are kraks.
Figured the loader serfs must be able to quickly distinguish between the types.
Third dread will get a couple of blue warheads too to represent thermobaric rounds. (I know those arent in the rules but I´m crazy so sue me, hehe)

Also, your style of said NMM is great, but any chance on a tut for the gold please? (seems brighter than usual and looks alot better)

Why not, lets hope I remember to take lots of pics the next time I´ll torture myself with a GK painting marathon

Fantastic stuff in here!

Definitely, I love the GKs almost as much as my primary army and since they will be a low model army I figured I´ll do everything NMM and hopefully dont loose my sanity doing it.

nice too se you are alive haha

Get over here and have a game of 40k you bum!
...thanks for the kind comments btw
