After a good while i finaly managed to finnish my new Daemon Prince:

looks great actually, but I got a few things to say about it.


1. I think you should highlight the red with blood red, than after that highlight the blood red with blazing orange.

2. Towards the tips of the finger tips, lighten it up to a light orange.

3. Than add a black wash.

I think he looks a bit flat. :/

Do you have any better pictures? Looks like it could be good, I'm unsure if the colour has come over well under the camera.

I agree highlighting could make this super.

This, also, you might want to do some highlights on the armour, it seems a bit to uncontrasted with the skin, im not saying its bad, but the armour needs something so it stands out from the rest of the model.

It's abit tricky to get good pictures with this one additionaly my room isn't that well lit and i haven't had any good day light to take pics in yet.

I'v heard people say that before to me thing is i'm still pretty new to the whole painting scene (this was for instance the first time i used dry brushing on a model before) does anyone know a good tutorial (or video) on how to do highlights.

Looks great. At first I thought too much paint, but as I looked at it, It really gives it a demon flesh color. Magnificent.
