Back in the late 80s or early 90s, GW put out a semi-sequel to Space Hulk in the US. For the life of me I cannot remember the name of it, nor can I track down any references to it online. The game itself was essentially Space Hulk, but with Space Marine Scouts assaulting a hive ship, and facing tyrannid warriors instead of genestealers. I'm fairly certain it was the first time a direct link was made between the Genestealers and the Tyrannids as a race, since up to that point the Genestealer army list was made up of cultists, hybrids, and psykers.

I'm also pretty sure it was "Space (Verb)" of some kind, but Space Crusade (Star Quest) wasn't sold in North America, and the description didn't seem to match up with my memory.

The only reason I ask is that I dusted off my minis in the attic to come back to 40K and I found three of the old, old school Tyrannid warriors that I want to use. In case someone asks why they look different than the modern version, I'd like to have the name of the game handy.

Any help would be appreciated!

Yessssssss... thank you!

Although, truth be told, I'd probably buy a game called Space Verb.

Totally would, too. I use a couple of those Warriors in my Nid army.

I know Advanced Space Crusade eventually become Tyranid Attack, but where in the release time line does the original Space Crusade fit?

As I recall they both came out at roughly the same time, at least in the UK.
