For anyone looking for a way to proxy Space Wolves with the Mark of the Wulfen, but don't want to pay eBay prices for the OOP GW models, an interesting option from Poland...
http://cgi.ebay.com/Wild-Wolfman-heads-wh40k-/280555644123?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item41526b64db
The same seller has some other stuff, but with the notable exception of his "Plaguebears", none of it looks as good at the Wolfman heads IMHO.
The Plagebears are pretty nifty as well...

I have no idea about the seller's reliability, how good the stuff is in person, etc... Sorry for the lack of pix, but I can't get 'em to show up...

I've not dealt with Eastern Europe in quite a while. For whatever reason, a lot of the mail over there has a history of merch getting "lost".
Paypal will not help you in that case.

Actually it has a problem getting lost on the way there not leaving there and Paypal will completely refund your money if your package never arrives so what is your point?

This is what happens when you use Babelfish for translation.

How so Alex?
They are indeed plaguebears.
To be honest, i think with current exchange rates the bears work out at £10 or so for 3, which is on par with GW.
They do however look pretty damn amusing, so i may have to build a small nurgle army to this theme.

I do really like the plague bears, but I have no idea what I'd use them for in 40k. They'd be great for Malifaux though...
I also quite like his Great Plague Uglypapa; otherwise known as Smiley the Hutt.

As you said. The rest of the stuff.... not so much.

I did follow the link. That was the joke, that the sculptor had based his work on "Plaguebearers" being mistranslated as "Plaguebears".

Nothing wrong with ordering from Poland.
Micro Art Studio, MaxMini, Kromlech, and Scibor are from there.
