So i'm making my drone from my xv8 battlesuit box and just when i'm about to put on the antenna i notice its not there. I'm thinking i must have dropped it or something but i can't find it so i give up the hunt and just move on. So later on i'm about to make another suit and when i open up the box i notice theres no antenna on one of the drone sprues. Whats up with that gw?

If you contact them they are pretty good at sending replacements. Have had to do this myself with malformed sentinel legs and some forgeworld items.

Do they make you send in pictures? I know some one who got a box of an XV8 and it is missing a sprue.

Heh, I bought an assault marine squad once. Didn't realize until after I'd built and painted it, and my friend brought his around, that the box had tactical torsos and legs. The box was basically an old combat squad box, with a CCW arm sprue and jump packs.

Pity I'd built and painted it before I even realized.

They can. But generally the sooner you contact them from when you received it you'll get a better chance of it being replaced.

Everything I've heard about this is that they are very helpful and actually care about your problem. You dont get to be the caddilac of miniatures for nothing.

Just to clarify, your not trying to put two antena on each drone are you? Also I'd just use the left over antena from sheild drones rather than waiting for a replacement to come in the post.

Oh i wasn't asking what to do about it i was just wondering if anyone else had missing pieces from gw. No i'm not putting two antenna on one drone. I might preemptively videotape a box opening next time though. Just for fun.

I haven't had missing pieces, but I have had malformed/miscast pieces twice, and in both cases the kit was very, very promptly replaced. Their customer service is better then maybe any other company I deal with regularly: As it should be, for how overpriced their army mans are.

Just call them, they'll ask for some numbers off the box and then ship a replacement.

I swear my necron lord's gauss muzzle phased out, but I CBF to call for a new one. Also, I almost bought a pariah that was missing half a warscythe.

Had I known this I wouldn't have a Tomb Spyder with just two sets of legs =/
