Here is the start of my progress.

I will be adding the wrecker ball from the trukk sprue on his right shoulder, and he is going to have a ton of dakka on his right arm.
As well as more glyphs all over.

Any suggestions for additional guns/details?

Ok,I have to say this.
While the model looks cool as feth...exactly what rules do you intend to use for it?
I mean it's packing way to much Dakka (did I really just type that...) for a Warboss (stats wise that is).
Don't get me wrong...I like it,but I'm just interested in how you plan to use it.

now THAT is MEGA ARMOR.

I agree with FITZZ though, what's it going to be? Is he for an apoc game? If a warboss, he's a bit big for the job (warbosses are on 40mm bases, this monster is on a 60mm...although if you gave him rocket engines or something he could be a warboss on a bike....I guess)

He looks Ork-tastic from the front. Great job! Maybe a grot on the base could be cool. I really like being able to see his orky head in the armor.

His rear needs to be orkified a bit, I think. Definitely get rid of that silly 'umie symbol (the skull in the cog).

Edit: after a second look, I think adding some belts / hoses / tubes from the guns to the back would help tie it together. That is a lot of dakka!

Very cool! His head looks a little too far back but I love all the little details like the missile launcher and of course the fact that there are too many guns to count

Talk about mega armor... This guy looks Ghaz-sized without all those pesky, vulnerable (well, perhaps not in Ghazzy's case...) fleshy bits.

Do you plan on playing with him? It's way over the top, so it'll make a nice centerpiece for a quirky ork army, but what do you plan on running this guy as, in game terms? Personally, while I might go overboard on the shooty/'splodey gubbins for the sake of aesthetics, but I'd still want some semblance of WYSIWYG, i.e. identifiable weapons that correspond to codex options. Right now, the only codex options I can identify would be a klaw, mega armor, and TL big shoota. After also seeing a deffgun, autocan, asscan, and missle pod, I'm not sure what his real loadout is...

Rule of cool will lead lots of opponents to let you run him as whatever the hell you want, but some may take issue. Just something to bear in mind, should he be destined for the gaming table.

[edit: Wow. I zoned out and got quad-ninja'd. ]

I planned for Mega armor and either kombi-flamer (flamer on hand) or kombi-rokkits (multiple rokkits on him)
Is that legal?
He is really meant as a centerpiece. The closest people I can play with wouldnt mind me coming up with rules for him. One of them had to proxy a godzilla as a tyranid against the other

in open games he would be a cool warboss! he looks boss! i just think it looks way more like a dred. i would maybe make fluff that your warboss is for some reason in a dred of his own make, and if you wanna make up rules make a super tooled up dred-warboss!!! that would be awesome!

maybe make a version of him outside of the dred/mega armor for when you have to (if you ever do) play games with a more wysiwyg person. cuz that base is def too large for a wysiwyg game

Well, it's a really cool idea, but I have a few problems. First, the head looks like it's not connected to a body, as there's nowhere for his legs to go. Secondly, as much as I love throwing as much stompyness and dakka, it looks like it's a bit much. Dunno, just my perspective. However, it's still pretty soddin' cool.
Suggestions: Beef up the legs some, and cover up the gears at the waist. Make it plausible that there's an Ork in there.
Also, I'd drop some dakka in exchange for some stompy.
Consider fishing around on Ebay for some Defiler legs. Those would look sweet on there.

I am painting up the AoBR warboss as him pre-dred armor.
My (long story short) fluff reason is that he took down a dred and as an insult took the dred from the battlefield and had the mekboyz wire him in.

I'm going to cronicle the battle and his quest for dakka (each gun added) later

You're right. The head is on the piece that holds the spotlight light for the dred
I will beef up the back of the legs, and the joint area so it looks like he has legs
