With scouts snipers, does the wounded enemy unit get an armor save still? I assume they dont but wana make sure.

If you roll a 6 on to wound, the targeted enemy will not be able to take an armour save. If anything less is rolled, they will be able to take saves as normal.

Check the Snipers rule and the Rending rule in the weapons and universal special rules sections for more details, respectively.

Good luck getting a 6 though. Heck good luck hitting anything with them. Well at least mine never seem to hit when I had snipers on them.

Also remember: Rules Questions go in YMDC It's stickied at the top and all.

But anyway, Sniper weapons have Rending, so yes, they ignore armor saves... but only on a to-wound roll of 6.
