i really want one, but at £20 a squad i don't think it will come round to soon any ideas on conversions?

I have 1500 points worth of steel legion, including the fortress of arrogance, but if you want conversions, you could use cadians, and buy the FW heads with respirators.

You could also buy WF's greatcoat troopers, they are cheap ( $20 for 18) and come with many head and weapon options. The only thing is that they are not as good quality as GW, but I still think the quality is good for the cheap price, IMHO.

i like the wfs greatcoat troopers but i don't know about ordering from outside of the uk also im not to keen on the cadians i like the hole trench coat thing i was thinking if i got the the pig iron kolony militia heads and filing the sides down to make them look more domed but im still not sure about the trench coats. thank you for the help

I don't know what the pound is worth compared to our dollar, but surely it isn't 3:1. Steel legion squads are 60$ here.

$ 50 US, $55-$60 Canadian.

Isn't the current fashion in vogue at the moment to use Cadian bodies with Pig Iron heads?

I'm the same, have always wanted a Steel Legion or DKOK army but never had the funds to follow through.

I always wanted a Vostroyan Valhallan mix with the Vostroyans playing vets and the Valhallans playing conscripts but tey are too expensive so go figure.

i already have a small company of savlar chem dogs, and im going to try and convert some of my own as cheaply as possible i could get the pig iron kolony heads, file the sides of the helmet down a bit and stick them on something then i can make some kind of re breather tube thing
