Put my first order in with these guys recently. I normally get my 40K stuff from Wayland Games but Dark Sphere were (slightly) cheaper so I thought I'd give them a try.

Website works well enough, order was placed on Saturday 23rd and received on Tuesday 26th. Can't ask for faster than that.

A couple of items were missing and I phoned to query that. The phone was answered immediately by a very nice chap who identified me from memory by the contents of the order and the missing items turned out to be backordered.

Overall, pretty good but the lack of a delivery note or anything to indicate the status of the missing items was a bit disappointing.

Scott they have loads of terrain products, you should try selling via them.

I've only ordered from them once due to lack of funds, but it was nice and prompt with a better discount than most other places.

Dark sphere are good. I actually got my stuff sooner then i would from maelstrom games everything is cheaper as well.

I'm currently still waiting on the backorder items and no communication from them.

Wait 48 hours if no response try going to their office? idk...

I go to their shop on a fairly regular basis. This weekend they're moving to their new premise a few blocks down from where they were orignally. It might explain the lack of response.

I suggest you give them a ring, when you can.

Where are Darkpshere moving to? I work near their shop and pop in occasionally - it was a dreadful location, and to be honest, although the guys do good mail order, their customer service in person has often left a lot to be desired.

It'll be interesting to see what the new store is like and whether it is easier to play games in?

It's about 15 shops further away from Waterloo Stn than the 1st one.

Good move, I had only been there once and you could barely turn around in there never mind play much of a game.

I always pick up my stuff from there rather than pay postage, but I've never had problems.

used darksphere once for a big order of stuff, arrived fairly quickly within a few days, packaged well, and you get a little slip saying 'thankyou for buying from DarkSphere' or something or other. i'll definitely use it in the future.

Thanks for the offer but it's not a big deal.

There should have been a note re the back-ordered stuff in the parcel and now that we're at two weeks there really should have been some communication as to what's happening re the pending items.

We'll see what they do though.

I've used them about 5 times now(3 rather large orders) and never had a problem at all. The cheapest seller as far as I'm aware, great service and one I'll continue to use.

I did try to visit there shop a couple of weeks ago, shame I didnt check the website first as it appears they where moving that weekend!

I tried to buy stuff there yesterday; I checked their website and it says they are opened. But when I arrived the doors were firmly shut and there was a note on the door 'they were still 'moving''... This was really annoying as i wouldn't have gotten off the train at waterloo if they updated their website... Their new store looks bigger/better thou.

So I went to GW oxford street and they gots my monies instead.
