I'm not particaularly good at working out where I am, so co-ordinates would probably be easier

okay, so if you go into the sanc, go out the left door. about 5 blocks up should be a long cobble path with a railway. Follow it until the turning labelled Iffymoo's tower (I think)
don't know the co-ords.

I'll be on in a few hours to check out your house and continue the railway.

I just spent about 30-45 minutes trying to make a strip mine, and when digging down to level 14, kept on coming across someone's mines, so I'd move back up my tunnel a bit, then dig at a different angle.

It took me 15 minutes to realise that the mine that I was digging into was mine.

On the other hand, I got 6 diamond, 14 gold and 23 iron out of it, and about 800 cobblestone, so I have plenty to finish building my tower of power with.

See this thing I'm pointing at? It used to be a brand new multi-options fridge made out of two blocks of iron. The jewel in the crown of my kitchen! But some sunova***** broke into my house and stole those two blocks of iron and replaced them by two blocks of cobblestone, adding insult to the list of his crimes!

If I ever catch the filthy rat that degraded my house, I swear that he will get my sword in his face!

The best way of detecting griefers is using a Log, or Summary of who has placed what, done what,
burnt what, placed TNT on what etc.. Can get pretty crowded, but it's the best way to find out who has placed,
say 500 TNT all over the town centre.

I was on a server who used this, (I'm sure it was a mod) caught the bastard in no time. Rolling back the server too,
was a good idea. After the guy deteriorated my Skeleton factory.

crap. Got logged off. Busy server.

So, shrike, when I logged off, we were right next to my new terrain. I only finished the boathouse for the moment but it's gonna look great!

I claim rights to any of the iron, gold, lapis, and diamond, etc under the tundra area near my building, is all I said. I already have a mine down there, and am expanding it occasionally...

If you mine in the other direction you won't have any problems and can claim whatever you want.

hey robert, uh, diddleshot.

Came in for a couple of minutes the other day, I noticed my old castle has been griefed, someone's nicked all the cobblestone, and the roofs been holed badly. Plus my deep storage chest had been ransacked and someone took about 5 stacks of coal and 3 of iron ore. Nobody except for me knows where that is....

Its no laughing matter, I actually was saving it for a personal rail system. In my second mine area (don't worry, not even near the brandybuck hall). I found 25 or so gold ores....so working forwards to getting a rail system to my mine site.

Mel i would like to claim the beach are for new halo town. i will not mine i use the one in bwine hall.

I hope 1.6 fixes the bug where I'm locked in place and cannot move or do anything. I would really hate to have to make another new world because of this glitch.

The addition of maps means I wont wander into unknown territory every time I try to find Iron.

Hatches and maps are excellent additions. I can really use hatches especially.

Annoyingly hatches aren't flat to the ground.

nice, oh and once I get the redstone torches up the rail from brandywine to the sanc is done.
