Hey guys could you please help me with my eldar paint scheme. I wanted to do something that was based around White. So all my models are primed white, but i cant think of any colors that would look good together. I wanted something bright, but so far everything has been pretty bad. Thanks for the help.

the Dawn of War is a great source for coming up with a Colour Scheme for your Eldars, i think.

Else, try and browse around for Eldar pictures... You'd be amazed by how much you could come across that way!

My Mrs. just started eldar. She has difficulty in conceptulising the models in different colours.

What I did was a few models with different base coats/blocks of colour so she could actually see the effects.

I can suggest that you do a few models with different base colours. Don't go to town with detail, just a rough blocking in with each colour.
You will soon see what colours go together and the ones you prefer. After you decide, you can simply green/ fairy power spray the ones that didn't make the cut.

The biggest issue is that you may find 2 or 3 schemes that you actually like and can't choose between. . .

Inside your mind, corrupting the pathways

One of the Eldar Craftworlds is white and a mid-dark green with black detailing and looks quite good.

Edit: Red and white might look pretty cool.

Pick your main colour that the armour or biggest areas on the models will be. Blue, green, metallics and browns are probably easiest to brush on evenly.

After that consult a colour wheel which can be googled and read the basics to what colours work together well. Taking the guesswork out equals a scheme that works. I found spending time learning the methods by reading stuff online and reading colour theory helped my painting a lot.

If you have an airbrush any main colour can be sprayed over any undercoat evenly. A chrome main colour would look amazing using a laquer paint like Allclad 2 (airbrush over a black base).

I did a very bright eldar army. Basically revolved around 2 colours. Purple and a nice bright yellow. Looks awsome on the table since they are brightly painted.

well, i would tell you my color scheme for Eldar but, *cough cough* its under wraps and strictly confidential until I start painting my Eldar in a few months . I can tell you that personally, I think when paintinga color scheme that is primarily white, the application of 2 different colors along with white seem to look nice. Many colors look good with white, but i dont know what to suggest to you specifically.

Finland... the country next to Sweden? No! That's Norway! Finland is to the east! No! That's Russia!

Try a Biel-Tan colour scheme. (White and Green)

Sweet Jesus, Nurgle and Slaanesh in the same box!?
No, just Nurgle and Slaanesh, Jesus will be sold seperately in a blister.

I started painting my wave serpent last night and it ended up white and regal blue. I love how it looks, but now i just need to find a this color for all the small detailing. What do you guys think about Tin Bitz? I like how orange and blue look together, but i think orange on the smaller pieces might look very out of place.
