Hey guys,

I saw GirlPainting was selling her Imperial Fists army and it got me thinking.

If you're into the fluffy and modelling side of things, do you ever get the urge to sell your army when it's done and start over?

Often I wonder about White Scars or Black Templars, or CSM and wish I could model some of their stuff, but never do because of my current army.

Or maybe you feel your skills have gotten better since you started (my Imperial Guard, for example, I feel I could have done a lot better now).

So do you ever get the urge to just sell all of your nicely painted stuff at at least a break-even price and start over? I'll admit there is a romanticism to it, for me at least... but man, I still haven't 100% finished ANY of my armies.

Maybe when I'm like... 25, I'll get bored of playing Guard/vanilla SM and won't have any models left to paint...

My armies never die, they just fade away.

Though guards may sleep and ships may lay at anchor, our foes know full well that big guns never tire.

The only people who i have ever seen sell their army were either quitting or they didn't have enough money to be playing the game in the first place. Someone once told me taking up drugs would be cheaper than being a warhammer hobbyist!
Of course my response was that at least you have something to show for it if you play warhammer

S'all fun and games until some no life troll master debates all over your space manz & ruins it for you
