Rubic Marine, simply due to superior statline and weapony in comparison to the conscript and the necron warrior.

Necron, hands down. Either the Rubric Marine or the Necron would have killed the Guardsman or at least have caused him to flee. Now it would be between the Marine and the Necron Warrior. Since a sorceror isn't around, the Rubric Marine is slower than usual, so, I assume that the Necron would flay the Marine.

I cant see his speed being too much of a varying factor because their guns have the same range and the Rubic marine has AP3 not to mention superior combat skills

I have to disagree, without the Sorceror around to guide it, the Rubric Marine is useless. Remember, most Thousand Sons are mindless automatons. (Buckets. of. Dust.)

Personally I think he was running from one of them and the ran into the other so I doubt he had a choice

Middle Earth

I reckon the Conscript would win if he went into the jungle and set a bunch of traps for the winner of Necron vs Rubric Marine. Then he'd paint himself in mud to throw off the enemy's thermal vision and then summon his opponent with a manly scream. Finally they would get in a fist fight with the Conscript finally winning by goading his opponent into a trap. However his opponent activates a personal nuclear advice and he has to...

Wait, thats predator.

May I ask why you want to know? Seems like a pretty silly, and fairly (very) unfluffy line-up to me.

I personally vote Conscript. He's never gonna turn up without a couple o' hundred mates behind him

Boom! Leman Russ Commander

If we go by fluff and considering Sorcerer isn't around to guide the marine, the Necron flays the other two.

Hail to the creeeeeeeeeeeeeeed!baby Ask not the moot a question, for he will give you three answers, all of which will result in a public humiliation.

I wanna go back to New Jersey

Based upon my MANY games against Necrons I have to say the Necron warrior.

It is because of warriors I can reinforce that statement "I suck using Marines and Tau" (The only armies I own (Chaos marines to my enthusiastic spirit crushing dismay ))

Gameplay wise, even without the Sorceror the Rubric Marines can still shoot just as good. Since they also ignore the armor of the Necrons they'll probably come out winning. They will also always get the first shot off due to Slow and Purposeful.

The Conscript dies/runs away screaming his head off.
The Warrior flays the Rubric Marine who shoots back, and eventually the Warrior either gets a lucky rending shot, or the Rubric Marine guns down the warrior thanks to AP3

The Conscript/the Conscript's friends come back with a few dozen Guardsmen and a Leman Russ squadron to kill the survivor.

I was under the impression that Gauss weapons were rending by definition of being Gauss.....Or it could be that my brain is playing tricks on me, cause it's been a while since I've flipped through the Necron 'dex. And it's 3 a.m. here......

When the Thousand Sons turned to Tzeentch they became burdened with mutation and other such things that threatened to destroy the Legion. Magnus was too busy being a daemon prince to pay attention, so the leading Thousand Son's sorcerer--Ahriman--cast a spell known as the 'Rubric of Ahriman' to try and stop the mutations.

Now, the spell had two effects: 1) It increased the power of all psykers within the legion immensely. 2) It cured all the Thousand Sons of the curse of mutations....but also damned them. It turned them into little more than dust inside posessed suits of power armor, and hence the name Rubric Marines.
