So ive made a new chapter called the Blood Relictors, basically the Relictors chapter that use Khornate objects. However im not a big fan of the name that ive chosen but I cant think of anything cool. Any ideas?

Blood Raptors ? Blood of the Fallen? Legion of Brass? Blood Skulls? Brass Skulls? Blades of Blood? Brotherhood of the Blade?

There are thousands, just grab some nouns and rearrange them....Khorne so Skull, Brass, Blood, Axe, Brass, Throne, Mountain and then add in some adjectives or nouns. So off the top of my head..

Angry Skulls
Blood of Fire
Storm of Skulls
Brass Axes of Khorne
Night Blades
Lords of Haemo
Bronze Lords of the Axe

The Crimson Shades?

Crimson Shades sounds pretty cool!

The Brass Skull of Bloody Mountain?

The Crimson Rampage?

The Bloody Fist

The Bloody Nightmare

The Brazen Blood

I was hoping for something related to their cause, basically they're hunting down Chaos/Imperial relics to use. They mainly collect/hunt for Khornate objects.

so 50 men, their is only 2 to 3 companies of relictors left, not enough for a chapter and no where near enough to make succesor chapters. do you mean warband?

is this group still loyal or gone renegade (as that would heavily effect the name)?

are they trying to use the anti-psyker properties of khrone items to protect themselves in the warp or are they using the more kill-kill khrone items (again effecting the name)?

Well that really depends... They dont worship chaos but they wear the armour and use the relics, in order to destroy chaos you must use chaos kind of mentality. Technically they're renegade but they fight for the Imperium, just different means of doing it but they have been declared heretics by the Inquisition.

if you read the bottom of all my posts you would notice that i play relictors, they don't wear chaos armour in any of the present fluff, i was asking how you were taking this warband of surviving relictors after the excommunication.

in the official fluff made for the relictors they have been shown to use chaos weapons, relics and icons, they do not wear chaos space marine armour

one would think so, i.e the mighty smiting gauntlets of lord bloodyguy or some such nonsense. I could see them utilizing something of that nature, additionally they are a renegade chapter on the run from the Inquisition, as just about every book written on the subject of renegades has shown, unsupported Astartes chapters quickly are reduced to enslaving serfs and scavenging gear to replace their own. In the book Soul Hunter the Night Lords jump on their fallen comrades as soon as they die and cannibalize their equipment with a quickness. Stands to reason the Relictors would follow in a similar fashion.

Gotcha, but as previously stated, the armor they were declared excommunicate in is only going to last so long, I mean look at the 13th company. You simply cannot operate without support in the Eye of Terror and expect to never have to scavenge, especially considering the relative rarity of astartes weapons/armor/ammunition
