I'm looking to buy a P.A.C.K. 1520 XL CUSTOM LOAD OUT filled with Dark Elday trays with the offer and thought I'd see how much it would cost. To get an idea I loaded up a basket and added the trays to the order. The cost of the trays got added to the basket as well anyone know if this should happen?

Yes. To place an order with a Custom Load Out add only the 1520 XL Custom Load Out to your cart. After you've checked out and have your order number, send them an email with the trays you want included, make sure to reference your order number in both the comments and subject of the email. There should be instructions for this either on the checkout page, OR possibly on the description page itself. Essentially what you've done is tell them you want to order a filled 1520 AND all those extra trays.

If you buy any Custom Load Out bag then it includes the cost of all the foam you will use to fill it. The cost doesn't change whether you fill it with completely custom foam or just use the preset trays, the only difference will be that choosing the preset trays will probably result in the order being completed faster.

You may also want to wait till after Monday to send in your foam load out. On Monday we will be adding new trays for the Dark Eldar to take care of Hellions and Ravagers. These may be trays you need so by placing your order tomorrow you get the 25% off and can submit your load out a few days later.

Anyone that orders custom work tomorrow can take as long as they want to submit their custom trays. We will put your order on hold until you are ready, guaranteeing you the best price for your ideal foam kit.

Awesome, I've spent half the day looking around for the same answer, I wanted the custom load out on the 1520 but couldn't figure out how to add the trays properly! Good thing I got on dakka to peruse!

One last question: As long as the trays you request add up to 22 inches (for the 1520) they're included in the price of the custom load out, right?

Now just to wait until tomorrow..

or

But a deal is a deal and I think I'll finally get around to placing an order for the custom tray layouts that have been sitting in "My Documents" for weeks on end!

yes, as long as your total order of trays equal out to 22" you are good. Keep in mind that when you are adding up your tray sizes you have to count for the .25" bottoms on each tray.

This means that a 1" tray is actually using up 1.25" of space inside the bag because of its bottom. The 1520" offers 22" of total space so when your building out your custom loadout make sure you keep that in mind.

Lastly don't forget that you can also call us to pick up other hobby needs. This includes models, books, hobby supplies, and other items. The sale applies to everything we offer and will help when combined with the large boxes that the bags get shipped in.

Ordering small blister packs or models can easily be combined into the large shipments to save some extra cash.

You can actually use any gift certificate as long as it is not expired. All of our certificates have a date on the lower right side. if that date is still active you are more then welcome to use it when you order. Hope that clears things up.

Hi Romeo, do you think you guys will add the various new DE shapes to the custom creator soonish? I love the raider tray cutouts but dont need 6 raiders, for example.

We actually have several new DE trays going up on Monday as standard selections. We will be adding the new shapes to the Custom Tray Creator by the end of the week. You can take advantage of the sale today and wait as long as you like to submit your custom designs in to us.

Any order placed during the Black Friday Sale does not expire so save now and set up your foam as late at next month. As long as the order is placed before midnight tonight you will save.

Keep an eye on the Battle Foam home page, twitter or facebook to get info on when the new shapes will be available. Friday at the latest.

Don't let a few days keep you down. If you call in your order today and give us your credit card info we can hold on to running it until next Friday. Its not really an extension to the sale but more of a favor to good people. I would hate for you guys to miss out because banks are a pain in the you know what.

As long as you call in your order and tell them General Baggy sent you we can post date the payment till Friday. You must call in today before midnight Mountain Standard time and talk to a live customer service rep to get this.
