Sanders is better than most - I would rate him #6 out of the current crop of writers - Abnett, McNeill, ADB, Wraight, Werner and then Sanders. Atlas Infernal was especially fun.

Oh, and Redemption Corps was better the second time around - and the premise was borrowed, but not extremely badly.

It certainly was no Hunt for Volodorus, Fall of Damnos or Purging of Kallidus, all of which I would like refunds for.

Hey Red, do you know of any BL events in Australia outside of Games Day? We would love for some authors to jump through for some signings - Graham McNiell was mobbed last time he was down. Previews of shiny new books wouldn't hurt either

Seconded.

Cheers! I have a lot of BL books (well, every book written since '04 or so) to be signed. Though I might ask them why their ebooks cost different amounts in different countries and all. That's starting to bug me

Has Chris Wraight written or is he slated to write anything HH and Alpha Legion related?

I can't keep them all straight now...

And, Facebook is most definitely work-blocked for me!

I missed ADB at Adepticon in 2010, will definitely have to stop by earlier this time around.

And pick up a copy of Primarchs!

I don't think he does. He just seems to be saying that he wants to avoid missing the authors this year, so will stop by earlier.

Yeah, I think I was misreading his statement as thinking ADB would be there again this year - which would have been great!

HELL'S ANGELS

He’s done it again.
Take a look at this awe inspiring new piece of Horus Heresy cover art from series artist Neil Roberts.

That right folks, two fallen primarchs facing off against an army of near indestructible eldar revenants – awesome.

The eldar have been strangley absent for most of the Heresy, not that you can blame them, just look what happens when they try and take on the emperor’s finest.

The primarchs themselves are the imposing giants in this poster. Army of Wraithlords or not, the eldar are going to have a hard time taking these two down.

If that’s got you geared up for more Heresy action, you won’t have to wait long to enjoy the next book in the series. The Primarchs (whose cover is also done by Neil Roberts) will be available to pre-order tomorrow, so check back then to order yours.

This week we've also announced that we are looking for a new recruit at Black Library. If you're interested in this vacancy, please follow the instructions on the vacancy page.

Holy Moly. That is a frickin' awesome cover! The Primarchs, Marines, Eldar and background all look really good. My only criticism is Perturabo's face looks a bit 'meh'.
I'm not sure on the Eldar getting slapped about some more, or Primarchs taking on titans either, but we'll see I guess.

Look like Wraithlords but says revenants in the description, and wraithlords actually. Nevermind.

I was thinking, 2 Primarchs?, looking at the main picture wondering where the 2nd was. Fulrgim has a massive cloak or maybe it's his blankie.

Second the face sentiment to. Looks like a duck.

So who's the guy on the ridge, seems there are three Space Marines of note on that cover. Or one hell of a chunky Eldar.

Not trying to be condescending/argumentative/rude, but there's a reason "revenants" is not capitalized.

It's referring to the Wraithlords. "Revenant" is a term for "a person who returns to life as a spirit after death; a ghost" and it's meant in that context, not as the Eldar Titan.

That's why I updated my post to say Wraithlords as well.

Thanks though Mr Dictionary!

Honestly, the biggest hint that they're Wraithlords rather than Revenants is when you look at the Eldar Guardian who is being forcibly X-Rayed in the foreground.

I was a smidge puzzled by the wording at first too, but then I figured "They're just using revenant as a term for a spirit!".

Actually, looking at it closer...

That is a ghostly Guardian. What in the world is going on? Why do Eldar ghosts have bones?!

MADNESS!

So the pink guy who seems to have equal billing with Perturabo on the centre of the cover, is just an Emperors children marine?

I guess so, maybe he's a really important one. Maybe it's Lucius who doesn't want to get his face caved in anymore at this point?

Fair point Kan, Wraithlords it is. Probably...

But yeah, Perturabo to the front, Emperors Children Marine behind him and Fulgrim chilling in the background.
