Honestly, with high quality stuff like Dreamforge's coming out, the market for Daniel Mandelbaum / Matt Bonder / Three Stage Studios / RedStarOne / Miniature Wargame Conversions's recasts, and even his legitimate casts that are made but never sent, will be few and far between.
Howdy,
He is very cool, and Wargames Factory is a solid outfit. The first round of plastics should be going out into the mail next week.
Cheers,

susan.serpius.b@gmail.com... Susan was his mother's name, and Lord.Serpius is the Dakka handle he used when he was posing as her (even uploading a picture of her as if it was his own).
What can you say at this point? The guy's a scammer, pure and simple, but knowing his name (Daniel Mandelbaum) and address means a lot towards shutting him down.
In the end, folks just need to file with Paypal within 45 days, or complain to their credit card... if someone wants to take him to court that'd be even better, but I just don't know that this guy is worth the trouble.
It helps that this is the third link in google when you search "Three Stage Studios"- hopefully it stays that way, as a warning to folks who bother to research it.
Howdy,
Paypal has a 45-Day window, but if you used your credit card (even through Paypal), there is a 180-Day window.
The guy seems like a crook. He spins tales in his emails, has used multiple identities, defaulted on product, etc. He stopped reply to my mails about 1-2 months back, despite promises. Looks like I will be going through the
CC route as well for a refund.
Cheers,
Ken
