Like that konversion! I see the Chimera, the old Ork Trukk, and the old Dozer Blade, as well as the Chaos Tank Accessories. I also like the use of shields and tank parts on it. That's super-nice.

Nice yellow, like the weathering effect you have going there.

I love/hate watching these Orks... Alot actually.
I love them as they are one of the most AWESOME models i have seen in a long time! Love the details and one of the most mean looking Bad Moons ive seen! Nice Work
But hate... Hate them as i turn my head to my right and watch my own Orks from Evil Sunz as they are not nearly as awesome as yours. Hope my models are gonna look just as detailed as yours some day
But what color do you use for your orks muscles and skin? It lookes like Snot Green but i ain't sure?. It looks awesome and give them more variation and colors.
Keep up the good work mate!

The BadMoonz are my latest project, I started playing around with Army Painter sprays recently (kind of a stepping stone before I move on to getting an airbrush).
The skin on those guys is super easy: Spray desert yellow (or start any yellow really) and then give it 2 washes of Thrakka Green. Instant Orks. I'm pretty happy with the first batch, and I've been toying around with using Daemonic yellow as the base coat as well.
I find Daemonic yellow gives you a brighter looking skin tone, which I equate with younger Orks, while Desert Yellow gives them an older, rougher look.
My Snakebite/Bloodaxe (red, black and brown) boyz are way more involved: Goblin Green followed by a dark green ink (this is an 8 year old GW ink that's no longer available, though I think P3 has an identical ink on the market) then highlighted with goblin green and further highlights with goblin green and suburst yellow.
That process takes a lot longer, but it's more distinct looking, however I think you can replicate it with scorpion green followed by 2-3 washes of Thrakka.
I honestly prefer the results from base/washing more than base/wash/highlight/highlight/highlight for skin tones, it looks much more organic to me and is a big time saver.
Thanks again for the positive feed back guys, I have lots of Ork models painted that I haven't photographed, but I also have tons of projects on the go as well (I'm a terrible binge spender when it comes to Warhammer stuff )
That being said, more pics to follow.

Looks great. The yellows and weathering is very well done. And thanks for sharing your method for painting the skin. I'll have to give it a shot one day.

Hi again OP.
Did you use Deamonic Yellow Army Paint spray on the Ork Boyz? Or is that also Desert Yellow? Cus i am about to try your method and i wanted to make sure i was buying the right things
And could you maby upload a good picture of a regular Ork and a Nob maby so we can see the detail and difference in the two cases of spray you used?

Thanks again guys, more to come, just getting back to it after a break.
@Warboss ZanZag:
The Badmoonz pictured so far are all with Desert Yellow, highlighted with Taupest Ocher then Taupest Ocher+Sunburst yellow with a wash of Gryphen Sepia overtop.
Now, I've tried this with Daemonic Yellow and it works great, even better for large vehicles, just spray and wash with Sepia, highlight as needed.
I'm moving on to an airbrush in the next few weeks though, just because I find Army Painter spray tends to gunk up the details and it's pricey (I can get an Iwata airbrush+compressor for the value of about 10 cans).
