Hey!
I'm currently in the middle of planning my next Eldar conversion for my Alaitoc orientated Army. My Ranger(s) conversion(s) need a Sniper Rifle. I had in mind the Exitus Rifle off the Vindicare Assassin model. (This one: http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440304a&prodId=prod1670012), this Rifle seems to fit what I want but I can't seem to find anywhere that sells it individually. Does anybody know where I can get them from in the bulk & seperatly? Or, alternativly, a suggestion as to what I can use instead?
Thanks for the help!

I wish I could casually dance around a collapsing lava filled chasm and simultaneously sing about my plans to usurp my brother's throne...

Well its metal so I assume the gun is attached to the model, a bit hard to separate it cleanly

Maxmini sells resin rifles but they're probably not oversized

Why would an eldar use an imperial sniper rifle?

Desperation on the battlefield? it's odd, but not impossible i guess?

Well, I'd use the same reason that they would use imperial bastions and fortresses, i.e., because they're so well built. However, imperial small arms tech stinks. So they probably wouldn't.

I think that model is a one piece cast, or at the very least the rifle is attached to the main body. You're gonna have to find some alternatives or buy alot of Vindicares.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

When I'm editing alot, you know I have a gakload of homework to (not) do.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll give them a look. Cheers!
But I have a Vindicare for my SoB army and, thankfully, the sniper arm is seperate to the main body.

I've never been one for "That doesn't make sense" or "That wouldn't happen". Anything can work and anything can happen. For the price I'm paying for models and armies I like to make them unique, fun to play and good to look at.

The max mini ones are nice, but as Kenshin said, they are indeed fairly small. Especially small if you know how big those things are in real life. If that doesn't trouble you though, go for it.

Yeah I'm not too sure, my mind is still set on the Exitus Rifle. They are too small tbh.
