Options include:

Dropping a Nob Biker and the Eavy armor for a small squad of Lootas, or a Buzz Kopta.

I wanted the Eavy armor just to make them that much tougher. Ive never actually run Nob bikers, but I want them to last the entire game and really put a krumpin on my opponent.

I assume the boyz are going in the BWs?
If so however BWs can only transport 20 models.
In addition where is the BM going to hitch a lift?

Why take 'eavy armour on the bikers? Taking the bike upgrade gives them a 4+ armour save anyway, so you can save some easy points there.
Also, how would you deal with fast vehicles? Fast Skimmers could be problematic since they can outrun your wagons and possibly your bikers and take free shots at your rear armour. Taking a few lootas could help, since they have high enough strength to punch through most vehicle armour.

Despite what you may think, the bikers can be rather fragile, so i would suggest not dropping so many points into them. SO that maybe you could bring some AT lootas and/or deffkopta(s) just a suggestion though.

I didnt realize the Nobz got the 4+ armor because of the bike upgrade. That helps a ton. Thanks guys.

I was debating between the Lootas or the Koptas. I love Lootas, but Koptas would probably fit the theme a little better.

What number of Nob bikers do you think would be best? I could drop a Klaw from the squad and add in a Single Suicide Kopta.

The list is looking really good. My only suggestion would be to drop a nob biker in exchange for a small gretchin mob to hold objectives. This frees up both boyz mobs to go charging at your opponent, and having all 3 of those units going at your opponent is a pretty scary proposition for them.

I just posted this in another thread, and am copy/pasting it here for relevance.

This is a mechanized world of 40k, and you're lacking in anti-tank ability. A deffrolla crushing into a landraider is a great thing, but it has to *get* there first; and you're going to have AV12 sides wide open on your flanks....

Not to mention the Nightmare that is going to ensue when you come up against an Eldar or Dark Eldar player. For example, I play Dark Eldar. Skimmers dodge a ram on a 3+. Its not a big deal to turbo-boost a skimmer up in front of your battlewagon line, effectively stopping you in your tracks.

I moved a raider flat out in front of his KFF wagon, and his choices were to either split his other two battlewagons away from the KFF to try going around, or to sit still for a turn - a turn of him absorbing more lances at range. Dodging the ram on a 3+ no less. And in case that doesn't work, there's 12 other transports to do the same thing with turn after turn to make sure you continually sit at range unable to move out of the box you're stuck in.

Tau piranhas, Space Marine landspeeders, Eldar vehicles - they can all effectively do the same thing.

Without any Deffkoptas, or Lootas to give you some kind of anti-tank, you're going to find yourself in a tough spot.

I do have a squad of 8 Lootas in the list. I know thats not a whole lot, but I am banking on my Bikers assault vehicles if need be. I just dont know what else i would drop to add in the Deff Koptas or more lootas. I like the idea of a decent sized Nob Biker squad and I couldnt imagine only having 1 Battle Wagon.

I play tested this list in a few games and I have been more than satisfied. I haven't lost my Nobz yet, and they seem to take a lot of aggro off of my wagons and Lootas which is nice.

I'm going to stick with this as a core list and upgrade it to 1500. I was thinking about adding in a Warboss on a bike, a couple lootas, and a Kopta w/ a Buzz saw. If anyone has any other suggestions let me know. Thanks!
