I'm not a new player or user of Dakka, but I didn't know where else to post this. What's with the ranking system? Is there a chart or list somewhere?

as far as i know, there's not a chart. and i don't really get into the whole ranking thing, so i don't know much about it. that's why i suggested a Mod....

JB: I like the concept of a free Shrike roaming through the treetops of the jungle. I'm not sure that I like the idea of a real Shrike sitting on my couch eating my Skittles.

Even though your not new, im still going to say welcome, because it seems to piss people off in this thread for some reason. When it comes to the ranking system, essentially the more you post comments, the more your post total raises and your rank will change. Typically it changes on an even number and I suppose the ranking represents some sort of milestone you've reached, though dont expect anything for it

The rankings max out at about 20,000 but there are moves afoot to carry them over 50,000.
