Devastating Dark Reaper






I did a test model for the standard Black Templars paint scheme, but it lacked depth.

So I tried a new scheme based on gunmetal / oily steel colors as a base and red robes:





Next step is to get a few more test models done, along with a test Rhino.

Yea thats a pretty good scheme.. it gives him a medieval knight in armor appearance. I would go with that.

I concur, and the red with the steel is very striking... especially highlighted the way it is.

Here's the test Rhino, mostly completed, including weathering.

I used a Scibor's Monstrous plate as the top of the Rhino and painted it like a religious icon.
