Stickbomb chuckas? Really? Orks will still go last against anything that matters.

Boss or one of the Nobs should probably have a Boss pole.

Nobs in Boyz mobs should have Klaws. I would recommend one or two in the Nob squad as well. The 'Eavy armor on the Nobs is probably not worth the points. Wound allocation will protect the Nob until it's too late anyway.

Snikrot is big fun, it must be said.

The Kopta squads would be better replaced with Buggies. Buggies are fearless and a little cheaper as well as immune to S3 weapons and pretty tough against S4. I do like Buzzkoptas, but I like them better with rokkits.

Of course there might be other good uses for the points spent on the Koptas, but rokkit buggies are worth considering.

All Nobs in a unit must have Cybork or none may have it.

Looted wagons are unreliable and over-priced.

Yes, Klaws in units are required. In general, a unit of boyz is a a delivery system for the Klaw. It's just a matter how how many extra wounds one attaches.
