Played orks some in 3rd. Now have a chaos army and looking to play with Orks again some. I'm pretty restless when it comes to armies..
I enjoy playing in tournaments and the local scene plays at 1500. Please, offer any suggestions, advice, or general comments.

I have not play tested this army, just built it on paper. I'm pretty certain the points/math is correct, let me know if you see a mistake.
The idea is obvious, rush forward with Trukks and Biker Nobz/Warboss (who can separate to target vehicles or problem areas if needed). The Bikes should be able to take out pretty much anything I send them after (I believe). If needed, the Deffkoptas can weaken their targets first, but their primary goal is to harass/kill transports and tanks.
Snikrot and his Kommandos will obviously come on somewhere on one of the enemy's edges and hopefully catch them being sloppy.
Snikrot and Kommandos probably aren't the best option for a competitive army.. I just kind of threw them in there because I think it could tie something up or cause him to keep something back to deal with this slight threat..

If playing a horde type army and not able to change army list, I'll probably have a tricky time winning but I think it'll just come down to tactics..

My first impression is that they would get dominated by Blood Angels...perhaps add in a white flag for the HQ?

To be honest I like it, a little different than the average ork list. I would suggest dropping the lone deff copta for more kommandos tho.

I'm a latin bro, so my slampiece cooks me quesadillas.

It's there to hopefully kill a tank on turn one..
I think the Kommandos could use the extra help, but am I lacking enough AT?

Stickbomb chuckas? Really? Orks will still go last against anything that matters.

Boss or one of the Nobs should probably have a Boss pole.

Nobs in Boyz mobs should have Klaws. I would recommend one or two in the Nob squad as well. The 'Eavy armor on the Nobs is probably not worth the points. Wound allocation will protect the Nob until it's too late anyway.

Snikrot is big fun, it must be said.

The Kopta squads would be better replaced with Buggies. Buggies are fearless and a little cheaper as well as immune to S3 weapons and pretty tough against S4. I do like Buzzkoptas, but I like them better with rokkits.

Of course there might be other good uses for the points spent on the Koptas, but rokkit buggies are worth considering.

definately need some pk's on the nob bikers, considering theyre the hardest unit there.

In my experience koptas are hopeless.. they can take some shooting but useless at shooting, so if you're relying on them alot for tank hunting, don't lol.

If it was up to me id knock back the koptas, add in a battlewagon with rolla, add some pk''s to your nobz and additional komandos

Best thing you should do first is get some PK's. No question about it. Any ork player will tell you a boys squad has a nob with PK and BP. Your NObs squad needs to have each nob unique for wound allocation.

Keep lootas just all lootas. Don't worry about them getting close. The deffgun will be fine for that. I would Try to get another trukk in there. Trukks are so weak it's not even funny and odds are all of them aren't going to make it.

All Nobs in a unit must have Cybork or none may have it.

Looted wagons are unreliable and over-priced.

Yes, Klaws in units are required. In general, a unit of boyz is a a delivery system for the Klaw. It's just a matter how how many extra wounds one attaches.

Just noticed your warboss had a combi rokkit. Lose that. If you want anything combi it should be flamer as a rokkit will miss 2 out of 3 times and a flamer will hit 100% of the time.

Lastest list this, no cybork body on the Warboss means in combat he will feel the pain from power weapons etc plus why a Ammo Grot when a bike has twin-linked guns anyway? Should have a kombi skorcha instead..

Nobz are fine apart from Ammo Runt, pointless, take 'eavy armour at least then you'll use it if no cover save weapons come at you. Drop the Orderly and save some points..

I really do hate Trukks so bad, especially when they don't have a Big Mek with a KFF...

Switch the Crapammdos for more Bikers as you will need two units.

A better list would be:

Warboss - power klaw, kombi skorcha, attack squig & cybork body

Big Mek - KFF

5 x Lootas

5 x Lootas

5 x Nobz - Bikes and whatever

5 x Nobz - Bikes and whatever

11 x Orks w/ Trukk

12 x Orks w/ Trukk

12 x Orks w/ Trukk

12 x Orks w/ Trukk

Looking better now as you've got 4+ cover save on the Trukks and not using crappy Ammo Runts which re-roll to hit when you're bikes are twin-linked anyway, plus the Warboss will actually survive in combat.

Looks like a lot of fun, I can't really offer up any suggestions that haven't already been said, just do what they say and you should pretty much be good!
