Hey mates I figured I would keep a paint log to keep me motivated on finishing these two armies, this is about a month and halfs worth of work. I could really use your citic I havent painted any kind of miniatures in years but happened to run across a handful of models that looked fun to paint. So here we go

with a nice standard of paintjobs on all of them, and a really nice job on your (tzeench) riders? (i dont know gak abot chaos) although i would recommend you to wash your white areas on the model, because (it could just be the photo) but them seem really really bright. and your gold seem pretty shiny too.

I would like to do somthing about that, I used no washes, mostly because I dont know how to use them without giving my models a really shiny look kinda like a gloss.

2 more marines almost finished and also a plaugebearer, I will probably tinker around with the plaugebearer's paint a bit, but as of right now heres a few more models. Would love feedback.

Sorry I haven't posted in some time but here are some more pics to keep my thread going PLease comment.

This model was poorly primed when I got it so I had to simple green him and hope for the best, thats why the detail isn't FW quality.

Thats a Chapterhouse head, I really like them I have 4 that I have integrated into the army.

Great improvement in the colour scheme. Good work on the Dread you seem to have a lot of Spray Bobbling maybe you should undercoat in a warmer place.

I have been trying to improve my spray technique, I beleive its holding me back from completing some of the filled in details. This is pretty much my first time painting aside from stuff I did when I was alot younger. Ill try to take a group shot here as soon as I can. The models look fairly bland but they do look really nice when grouped together.

Love your dread there, It's nice to see other completed work, it helps me notice some of the finer details I overlooked.

We'll I found out quickly that Friday means Sunday at midnight, but I finally finished my very first large model and I'm amped. I missed a handful of details but I want to come back and fix them when my skills improve and I can find the way that works for me to get it lookin real nice. Anyways let me know what you think. I have a few FW nurgle terminators under the paintbrush right now so that's what yall will be seeing next.

Nice Job! really like the nurgle dread, got a really cool looking green and decaying look on it, pose looks a little a like he's falling backwards, but thats just a minor comments, looks like it will be a good looking force

Finally finished my unit of bloodletters, you can tell the ones that I just did cause they are not covered in dust haha.



2 terminators pretty much cause I needed to start them, I plan to do the other 3 right after my Khorne daemon prince

I really like the dirty / gritty feel of your Plague Marines. The subdued color tone of the armor contrasts well with the brighter colors (blood, metal, etc) which adds well to the overall effect.
