I know their both so awesome that your all at a loss for words but some kind of C&C would be nice

i like the CSM plasma pistol on the chaplain, and he looks as a good scratchbuilt chaplain.
the libby while modeled quite good lacks for my part a certain "libbyness"... don´t know there should be some things like a staff or book and i think his psychic hood doenst look the part enough...sorry for no high praise on the libby...but there is still time to add some things...

yeah, I feal the smae way with him, theres something missing :? I might try to add a tome to him or something of the sort. I'll try bulking the hood out and adding some wires, that should help

strike! wires thats wahts really missing! that would help a lot, and also i would add something lie scrolls or a closed book, well actually the book would look more suitable on the chappy...

A backpack! That's what the libby's missing!

Wires would certainly help, along with any other detailing you can come up with on the back of the psychic hood. Other than that, I really like the dynamic pose he's in. Maybe try for some sort of psychic flame or lightning coming out of his hand? Either way, he looks pretty darn good as-is.

As far as the chaplain goes, I quite like the skulls on his backpack.
