Most of those models are very good, no idea why they didnt release them. I personally liked the Chaos Terminator Bitz (the Lash of Torment in particular). Shame none of this got a public release.

a friend of mine has a load of unreleased Dark Eldar (from the first series) and he is/was a friend of one of the GW sculptors. Makes me wonder what kills these projects so they never see light of day - not marketable, too many errors in casting?

Fairly sure Jes mentioned in an inteview somewhere or other that the Eldar bike was originally done as a 'what if' to show what he would do them as if he had the chance to redo the range, and that he then used it as the template for the new Reaver.

I wasn't aware GW and Citadel had their own personal Smaug best gets those riddles ready lads. Maybe we can 'liberate' them.

The Sage model for Inquisition looked like it had potential, I'd have liked that. Culexis Assassin too for Imperium. Frateris Militia model would have made very nice 'Fanatic' grunt troops (Conscripts much? would be nice for my army). Imperial Preacher looked pretty good too. The Genestealer Magus w/ Staff and Hybrid could have been used to make a very nice 'Arch-Enemy' army.
Some of the Imperial bunkers look pretty good too. Purestrain Genestealer and the Eisenhorn conversion pack for Inquisitor would be cool too. Chaos Acolyte would make some good Heretics. Cyberdog could have made an interesting The Familar choice.
Quite a few stuff I'd have liked.
