Great, lots of British actors in hollywood. It's a shame the country has no significant film industry to accommodate them and they have to go overseas. Make all the jokes about the French you like but the fact remains that their film and car industries remain where the once great British equivalents have all but died thanks to inferior government policy.

And Christian Bale is just hot enough to blow all the American prospects out of the water.

When he's not starring in The Machinist, of course...

At least Superman will be directed by Zack Sneyder (hey, I liked 300 and loved the Watchmen), and Cris Nolan had a hand in it.

I'll have to reserve judgement on Spiderman, thought the single image they have on IMDB is quite "grimdark" (though I never cared much for Dr. Connor, and never even knew of the Proto-Goblin). Wasn't Keanu supposed to be in it, as Big Wheeler (whoever that might be)?

The Lizard is supposed to be the villain for the new Spidey film?

I've never feared Death or Dying. I've only feared never Trying.

Aye Slarg, according to IMDB.

They pratically butchered every other decent villain Spiderman had.

Except for Green Goblin I. Willem Dafoe was just 200% pure bad-assery.

He was in one issue from a comic series that has has multiple issues a month and has been around for almost 50 years; even most die hard fans were confused. Considering that Spidey has one of the best known rogues gallery in the business, going to a completely unknown character seems like a strange choice.

Amidst the mists and coldest frosts he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.
