This is a funny story and i felt i just had to tell someone. I just got my Deff Dread about two days ago, i build it and was ready to spray paint it chaos black. I was spray painting outside in the evening. I layed out some candles just so i could see what i was doing. I was just finishing spraying the front when suddenly the whole model went up in flames. The head was melting and it was carnage. Luckly i managed to save it before much damage was done but still most of the armour and the banner i had put on were melted. Although its not beyond repair its still in bad shape. Lets just hope the Big Meks can save it!

I applaud your effort in making a Flaming Deff Dread of Doom. But, you forgot step 1 in the process. You need to re-cast your model using something much more heat resistant. Plastic (or even resin) isn't going to hold up very well to the flames.
Also, I'm not sure why you chose to do this on a Deff Dread. Burna Boyz would seem to be much more appropriate.

You know those fake camp fire things? Try making a super small scale device like what is inside of those and the fake fire on top of its head and the air being blown from the inside of the model where the air device is out ontop blowing the fake fire stuffs so it looks like its burning?

Spraypainting by candlelight. What next? Refueling the car by torchflame? Checking to see if gas is flowing into the oven by match?
