Subject: My first attempt painting armor. Badmoon Killa Kans. C&C plz?

I've been painting Boyz and Nobz since Christmas, and decided it was time to tackle some armor. I started with some Kopta's, but there isn't enough surface on them for me consider them propa' armor.
So, I worked up these Badmoon (Yellow is hard to paint!) Killa Kans. I'm about 95% done, with only some tin bitz to lay out on the arms, and I'd also like to paint up the hydraulic hoses in reds and blues. Lastly, I need to flock.
What I'd like is some C&C on the work so far if you guys would? I'm a new painter, so I would love some more direction if you can.
Thanks!
First the line up.

Excellent paint work - can't believe this is your first time
The only thing I can suggest is using some brownish washes to look like oil on the machinery/gubbins/steel work.
Also maybe some black drybrushing to simulate some sooty deposits around the chimney stacks and gun barrels.
You can also use purple and yellow washes on the hot metal components to simulate heat weathering.

WOW! They are so yellow... nice paint job.
I would add some rust around the rivets, mainly on the limbs.

yep great depth cannot fault that. have you tried weathering powders , they could add a nice subtle dirt to the lower regions , i am testing dome out made from crushed up pastel chalks in my blog , and i have found them very useful.

AH! Smoky exhaust! I was planning on doing that and completely forgot it till now! Thanks for reminding me.
I'll look in to weathering powders, does anyone have links to tutorials on powders?
I'll go back and add a bit of rust and dirt to the black metal too.
Thanks all!
