I would like to play a double council, what do you think of this formula?

Farseer - jetbike - stones - runes of warding and witnessing - doom - fortune
6 Warlocks - jetbike - 1 embolden - 1 enhance - 4 Destructor

5 Dire Avengers

Falcon - Eldar missile launcher - spirit stones - holo-fields

At 1500 points you will get crushed.

Giving only 4 targets to a 1500pt opponent will mean they can focus fire and down your list with relative ease.

Remember 3 things:
- 2/3 matches are objective based, you need troops. 1 Troop per 500pts is a good guide.
- Jetlock councils, while tough as nails, will faulter in the face of Psychic Hoods and anti-psyker rules.
- Jetlock councils, while tough as nails, do not have power weapons, so they can be tarpitted.

this list suffers if you come within 24 inches of a librarian/rune priest- which your council will need to do to get stuff done against many opponents. Your psychic powers could very easily be shut down for a turn. If Fortune doesn't go off on one of your bike squads, it'll go down like tactical space marines to small arms fire.

Further, you also have to realize that your entire list is based around 14 models, and 2 tanks. Granted they are ridiculously tough, and pack a lot of fire power- at the 1500 point level they may just simply be overwhelmed.

I'd give it a go, its quite a death star list, but Eldar Councils really lack the punch of TWC in raw killing power

EDIT: Drat! ninja's by blue dagger

ok maybe it's better that I studied a substantial list with one council

Definitely a better choice. Running double council ties up FAR too much of your points, and provides your opponents shooty units with VERY juicy targets to focus fire on, and no "meat and potatoes" to worry about.

Two Seer Council on bikes can work fine at 1500 points, of course there are some games that you are almost going to auto-lose, and then other games its almost an auto-win it seems, so probably not all that fun.

HQ:
Farseer 130 Points
(Eldar Jetbike, Runes of Warding, Fortune)

-Warlocks x7 340 Points
(Eldar jetbikesx7, Enhance, Embolden x2)

Farseer 125 Points
(Eldar Jetbike, Runes of Witnessing, Fortune)

-Warlocks x7 335 Points
(Eldar jetbikesx7, Enhance, Embolden)

Troops:
Dire Avengers x5 60 points

Dire Avengers x5 60 points

Guardian Jetbikers x3 66 points

Heavy Support:

Falcon 190 points
(Bright Lance, Holo-fields, Spirit stones)

Falcon 190 points
(Bright Lance, Holo-fields, Spirit stones)

Total: 1496 points

is list i took to Throne of Skulls (my friend's army) 2 wins, 1 draw, 2 losses were my results.
As said, not really all that killy, but very hard to kill (luck with saves REALLY comes into this, one of my losses, was down to 2 bad rolls, 1 failed save on the embolden, fail leadership, caught by an Archon's slightly better I value.)
