Don't spend the extra points on the Shas'Vre bodyguard unless you are going to give him something special. Save the points and make him an elite, your commander can still join up with him. Use the extra points to toughen up that Fire Warrior squad, because as-is, one flamer and they are running for the hills or already dead meat.

Lol the only reason I have firewarriors in that list is cuz I have to tak them I would rather an elite crisis squad lol if you read carefully it's for a list with my Ork freind who's going heavy on troops the 10point save is a great idea thanks I might make 1 railheadand for an ionhead save 35points then with the 10 for the elite makes it 49points total left on the list how do I salvage the extra 1 point so I have 50points? For an extra crisis suit or 5 firewarriors which I think I'd rather take the firewarrior

Oh, more bad news. The Drone Controller REQUIRES you to take at least one drone. So it's actually not a free hardpoint slot filler. But it's not a bad choice, and it will help keep your commander alive from random Lascannon fire.

With your spare 49 points, I suggest taking two shield drones, and a bonding knife on your commander. Add another fire warrior and thats 45 points total, leaving you with 4 to do whatever you want (blacksun filter on the railhead just in case?)

This list is pretty good (but only because you have a large ork-meatshield).

I would suggest getting rid of the bodyguard, and giving your hammerheads some target locks, and then possibly getting your commander a shield drone.

Alternatively, I'd run a dethrain spam (if I were with orks), that would look like:

Commander
TL Missile Pods/TA
-78 Pts.

Bodyguard (2)
TL Missile Pods/TA
-126 Pts.

Crisis Battlesuits (3)
TL Missile Pods/Flamers
-141 Pts.

Crisis Battlesuits (3)
TL Missile Pods/Flamers
-141 Pts.

Crisis Battlesuits (3)
TL Missile Pods/Flamers
-141 Pts.

Fire Warriors (6)
Fire Warriors (6)
120 Pts. together

747 Total.

12 Missile Pods:

2 TL Shots at BS 5
4 TL Shots at BS 4
18 TL Shots at BS 3

Lol that's great but the problem is 5s to hit on front armor12 and we won't be very good attaking armored vehicles like vindicators or IG parkinglots my area is sort-of mech heavy alot of blood angels and SM variants

If that's the case, I would replace with the bodyguards and a unit of dethrains with 3 broadsides w/ A.S.S. or targeting arrays.
