need advice on how to fight gurd efectivly with space marines hear is my curent army list proably needs lots of improvment tho

have never fourght gurd before but heard roumers that leman russes have 14 front armer so would use attak bike agenst them the venrable dred will take out light armer and gards men alike and the stern guard will proably take comanders with the captin

Without getting into army list specifics, as I am not a Marine player:

IG fields a few of the toughest, and loads of the weakest models in 40k, all on the same field.. so when loading out specifically to fight guard, you need to take a combination of strong anti-tank and anti-infantry weapons. Luckilly, you don't have to deal with much in the realm of Heavy Infantry with guard, so you can leave the Plasma at home.

Build your list with dedicated units with dedicated roles. Ensure you are capable of staving off the horde, while also bringing enough can openers for all those tanks.

The really rough part, is that guard can be played in so many different ways. Is he going fully mechanized? Better arm up those AC's and LC's. Is he going massive infantry blobs? Get the whirly and the flamers out... Or is he doing a mixture of the two?

As far as i know he has no chmeras but he dose have a valcary.
I forgot to mention i might add a Thunder fire as it is alsom at anti infantry but only 100 points

Take just enough points worth of stuff to deal with his skimmers to your satisfaction, and then spend the rest on tac squads.

Vendettas exist to blow up shiny toys. Taking more of them will only hurt you.

Here are my suggestions
* Please work on your grammer. That kind of posts work well for tweets, but does not pass well here. Would your english teacher accept that?

* Drop your captain and get a librarian. A battle psyker squad can really cause big problems for you.

* Veln dreads are very expensive for what they give. Trade your dread for a normal one with 2* AC

* Don't bother drop podding said dread

* Will you be facing IG on foot? If so, keep the flamer in your TAC squads, otherwise swap them out with a MG

Aside from that it looks like a good start.

okay, seriously... don't bring a thunderfire cannon.

You're looking at a weapon that yoru opponent needs to either kill a single space marine OR glance AV10 once in order to completely shut down.

How hard do you anticipate your guard opponent will have to try to make that happen?

Thunderfire cannons are actually the hidden gem in the Space Marine codex. Sure they are fragile, most artillery is, but in cover they get a 3+ cover save (Bolster Defenses) and can rain down 4 blasts per turn at S6-5 they can deal a *lot* of damage. It's quite an intimidating amount of firepower for 100pts.

Second list looks good, only maybe speeder has strange weapon combination for me, give him Typhoon and HB or MM and HB/HF. With tac squad take MM+MG and ML+plasmagun or flamer, maybe change sterns for dread with TL AC for support and give their razorback to first tac squad. Best way is to try this list on table, try it and you will see how this army works. Example of your list with my changes:

I play Guard, and I've never met a thunderfire cannon that lived past turn 1. drop it and get some scouts with a heavy bolter, sniper rifles, and camo cloaks. or a predator.

alternatively, free up some points to drop in a vindicator. a s10 large blast marker kills whatever is under it.

I used this list and it destroyed. thunderfire killed 20 gardsmen 1st turn but then got blowen up. MM on speeders came in handy agenst a leman russ exocutioner but lost both tactical squads.
