Subject: Primarch offspring ?

Hey dakka forum, I was browsing around as you do and i wondered is there any fluff about the primarchs having children ? or are they even capable of doing so ?.
I mean i know the emperor had loads of children over his lifetime and they came to be the sensei, the primarchs being the emperors gene children wouldnt it make sense for them to be able to reproduce and create superhuman babies and slowly strengthen humanity by infusing it with the emperors dna over the course of millenia.
I mean you could say that it wouldnt be practical since the primarchs were giants who towered above even space marines, but the emperor is of similar size and he still procreated even if the process would be too terrifying for women out there (bar the charms of Sanguinius, Fulgrim and Russ) I imagine a human women would be too terrified of the primarchs to even consider intimate relations, not to mention the scale of there anatomy might be a lil .... unpractical ?.
Anyways opinions and any fluff would be appreciated as always.

The primarchs and inpregnate each other. It's pretty messed up, considering they are all 'male'. One theory is that the blood ravens were created this way, the bastard child of Corax and Sanguinus, Raven Guard, and Blood Angels, but it had to be kept secret because Corax was prmised to Fulgrim or something else equally weird. Even in the 41st millenium the is still some messed up stuff like incest, they are brothers for god sake!
I hope that naswers your question

my head just came near to exploding reading that.
random side thought, I wonder what the Emprahs parents were like. Maybe they were small farmers in Kansas.

he was born in Anatolia, so they were probably small Turkish peasants.
I suppose the primarchs had the "equipment" prepped and ready for procreation. I mean, why would the Emperor ever had removed sexual organs from his sons? Sounds like non-sense. I guess they were able to mate with human females. Were they able to have children? I think it's unlikely. The primarchs' genes would probably not mix properly with those of their supposed mistresses.
However, there are other questions to consider: Did the Primarchs have any wish to have sexual relations with women? And would a human female accept to have sexual relations with a primarch?
I don't think any of the primarchs ever wanted to have a mistress. But this is just my opinion, and it is completely subjective.
I also think a normal woman would be too impressed (or even scared?) by the sight of a primarch to ever think of dating him.

And don't forget, if you subscribe to the sensei theory, the Emperor has had lots of children through the 'normal' way. I think it's entirerly possible that the Primarchs could have....initimate...relations with other members of their species. I mean, c'mon! exactly what i meant in the op surely one of those three would be able to seduce a woman, I also imagine alpharius omergon would be great with chat up lines and what not, also were forgetting if some of the more aggressive morally ambiguous primarchs (Angron, Mortarion, Curze) felt the need badly enough I dont think theyd be above rape. Theres no way a human male in peak physical condition could take on a primarch never mind an average female (I dont mean to sound sexist but the anatomical musculature difference speaks for itself).
Also on thing i never got was how did the blood angels somehow turn into vampires ?, Sanguinius was pretty much an angel with the incorruptibility, golden locks of hair and giant wings, is there some background on him being a vampire or having similar traits that he passes onto his scions ?.

Interesting opinion but i still think the primarchs could procreate, I mean the emperor only made the space marine legions after the primarchs got thrown across the galaxy by chaos maybe originally he had intended for them to create a super warrior race the old fashioned way. Not to mention that the primarchs being the demigod like beings that they are im sure the ladies would be lining up willing to cater to there every wants and needs in exchange for security / there leaders favor.

Salamander Marines are known to be involved with the people of Nocturne, living among them having normal lives. it's implied that includeds reproducing.
if a Space Marine is capable of reproducing then a Primarch should be. Size of the equipment being an issue of course, or maybe not. Size might not translate to all parts.
the Child might be a sterile hybrid akin to a Mule as well.

Seriously though I guess it would just depend on how much of the Primarchs awesomeness would be passed on genetically. They might just be unusually large and strong or intelligent children or they might be on the scale of space marines. It's an interesting thought though, Chrono always starts the coolest threads.
As far as just a space marine goes I'm not a biologist but I would imagine that thier seed would still carry thier genetics from before all of their augmentations, unless their reproductive systems were altered which doesn't seem likely. So thier children might be strong or smart but it would just be because of the marine's genetics before he was made superhuman. In my opinion though It doesnt seem likely that this would be a really common thing in the first place. I always sort of saw space marines as kind of above carnal desires, like warrior-monks or something.

a Marine would have a normal human child.
of course, that child would be a likely candidate for Space marine recruitment, if male, or a potential producer of recruits, if female.
all the more reason for Marines to have kids.
please join the group, GFMGL(Gamers For Marines Getting Laid) and allow marines to have a fulfilling sex life.

Technically over time the Marine is suppose to take on the appearance of his Primarch. Its why, among other things, a Salamander has Red eyes and Void Black skin, even if the recruit was pale white skinned before the process started. The Geneseed both changes and absorbs part of the Genetic data of it's host, its why all Dark Angels look similar, despite being from other worlds or even sectors when recruited.

The BAs got vampiric because of the psychic backlash of Sangunius' death, the Blood angels geneseed is now corrupted slightly due to this. They have to constantly be on watch for their more bestial tendencies as they tend to come out in the form of "The red thirst" or "the Black Rage" and we all know where that lands a BA marine -_-
Anyway idk about the whole space marine reproducing thing. I heard they were sterilized upon indoctrination but I must be mistaken.

Yes it's a joke... And a not very funny one at that... No, it was funny at first. But the problem is that some people didn't get it and start spreading rumors about primarchs having sex with each other, which is reaaaally creepy. I'm sure GW is going to sue us because we're ruining their background with our perverted discussions on the sexuality of the primarchs. lol Some people raised the issue about the size of the... well you got what I mean. I think it could definitely be a problem. The primarchs were giants. I guess their equipment was... gigantic too. Considering that some of them were quite enthusiastic about physical exercise (Angron, Russ) and that they were inhumanly strong, it might have been a bit dangerous for the ladies...
