My apologies if this has already been beaten to death, but i couldn't find anything on it in a cursory search through 40k Discussions.

Are the upcoming Dread-Knight of the Grey Knights related in anyway to the "Knights" from Mechanicum by Graham McNeill.

I've seen the posts in News and rumors about them but haven't seen any anything related to this question.

They look to be single (living)pilot war machines, much like the Knights of Mars.

I'm kind of a big deal... people know me...

The Dreadknights are a suit of armor(at least from how it reads in the "leaked codex" PDF, mentions that the Grey Knight "wears" it), where as the Knights are vehicles.

It's a big monsterous creature machine being piloted by a GK if I recall correctly. Supposedly very rare *whistles knowing I'll be seeing them all over the tables when GK players come in*

Yeah, Knights aren't the same as Dreadknights.

On that note though, I think it would be cool to use smaller versions of Knight "Titans" as Dreadknights. (AFAIK the Knight Titans are between Dreadnought and Titan scale, and Dreadknights are between Dreadnought and Knight scale).
