Konverting some Ork Wartrakk Scorchas and I'm probably just going to buy the scorcha
instead of trying to scratch build them (Scratch building that small is wicked hard).
Who do you guys think has the biggest Flamer/Burna/Scorcha bitz?
I was thinking maybe the Imperial Guard Sentinel Heavy Flamer?

That's probably your best bet. Failing that, a Dreadnought Heavy Flamer would probably be the same size.

What about the new Forgeworld heavy flame tank? Too much? Another option might be the Inferno cannon from a Hellhound or Land Raider.

The Skorcha on the Killa Kanz is pretty damn big. Given that most people run them with weapons that are BS dependant, you might be able to score quite a few off of people.

You know what else might work? The Flamer bit off a Chimera turret. I don't know anyone who runs flamers on their turrets.

the Skorchas that come with the Deff Dread and/or Killa Kans kits are pretty decently sized. Give them a go.

The redeemer flame cannon. These can be had on ebay or other on-line bitz services...

I'm going to go with CrazyMez here and say that the Baal Predator has the largest flame weapon in 40k. Larger weapons come from Forge World models but those are usually restricted to Apoc.

There's two mahoosive flamers on the Land Raider Crusader sprue, I can confirm that they're much bigger than the Sentinel one.

Those are the ones I mentioned. When you put them on a Land Raider it becomes a Redeemer not a Crusader.

Same kit though, I'd let you have mine if I didn't want to stick it to something myself at some point.

Biggest? the Baneblade's Hellhammer variant. That's going to be HUGE for a scorcha though, I'd go with the Flamestorm cannons. You can get the ones from the Land Raider Redeemer sponsons or there is another one (maybe larger) that goes on a Baal predator turret.
My personal favorite is a little pricier, but Forgeworld makes a Dreadnought arm with an Inferno cannon. It's styled like the infantry flamers and the heavy flamer on the sentinel. I used this one on a Hellhound I built

Went with the IG Sentinel Flamers.
Since they were the only ones available for cheap.
I'll get them and then decide if they are big enough.
If not, I'll go with the Baal's, but they get snatched up FAST apparently.
