That is an outstandingly painted mini JRN. One of the best I have ever seen, and I make a habit of browsing painting competition submissions, though I admit I don't have a judge's eye for it. However, like grey_death said, it is off-putting in a great way. The colors compliment each other and the base is un-ordinary in such a way as to compliment the figure. Outstanding work.
