although I'm planning on putting dreadnought bases on both of my daemon princes.

He's actually an Inquisitor model.

He makes my old dp look pretty tiny.

He's great, pleasingly massive wings, if I had to find a gripe it would be that he doesn't seem terribly corrupted for a Nurgle prince.

I would agree - that and the Imperial Eagle wings on his chest

I find the wings a little obtrusive.

Really love the facial expression and the seriousness in the colors though.

I think I used those same wings on one of my DP's.

Edit: Just checked and while the look similar, they are not exactly the same - they are actually the wings used on the other DP

Very much agree, you don't see a lot of armoured things flying so the wings should be pretty mahoosive.

I made the wings obtrusive, I kind of made it look as if he's wrapping his wings around its prey and they're magnetic so they can be removed.

I also purposely tried to make it look a little less nurgled, and more... rusty or corroded. Although, I got a little too excited about painting and didn't really do any nurgling or pore sacks.

As for the Imperial wings on his chest, I agree. I may add some some nurgling just to get rid of it.

I like it.
I prefer the more "Death" look of nurgle, rather than the common pus look.
He is the god of death, so its only natural that things would have a reaper feel to them.

Also like the wings alot.
Nice to see a set that could actually work, rather than tiny little wings that wouldnt lift something half it size.

Nice plus I like the corruption you have added, It's a bit thin but where do we see terminaly ill people who are really fat? I agree with bloating but not many people rotting away put on huge weight...
