The harp model came out a lot better then expecting... the mage gel on the other hand looks pretty bad. It looks like there is a grate on his mouth.

I feel like it's too uniform to properly get across the gumminess of the gels. I like the models Bob has sent pics of and I like the wizard, he looks cute (as does the warrior) but the mouth is the only thing throwing me off.

Still like them though

The cleric came out pretty well, I like the simple hair, the Singers face looks really weird, can't put my finger on too as why.

I think the appearance of the Gels will be improved when cast, you won't have that stark difference between the color of the two clays.

I'm extremely pleased with the Dwarf... Its making me look forward to having Bob do more Dwarves in the future.

I still want a slightly more construction esque helm on that dwarf so I can paint him like the little dudes in Megaman

The dwarf looks amazing!!

The gels, especially the wizard one, do not look very good imo :/. I think the face of the wizard gel should be re-done...

The Lunarian Terranaut may require a palette swap. Sharing some lore spoilers. They live on one of the two moons still up around Terra (thus the name) and are exploring the planet like reverse-astronauts. The moon their from is Numina's moon. Numina being the Goddess of Light, so they're good.

....but the OTHER moon is Wiggoth's moon, the god of darkness. I suppose there could be Wiggoth Lunarians on there...requiring a different stat card.......

The changes to the gel wizard help it a lot! Painted well, that could look pretty cool.

And the art is nice

I know their was alot of talk earlier about making your own boards for this game. Games and Gears added Square grid over lays to their game board kickstarter, witch makes them perfect for this game. I'm going to get the Brickwork pattern panels with grid over lays, with a bunch of the Pegauses hobbies wooden crates and walls.

Apparently every game of Endless fantasy I'm going to be playing, is taking place in side a warehouse or something. lol

Status of the Lamb - 2012 wrote:
2012 has been a good year for OTLG! We ran two successful Kickstarter campaigns this year, got a new distributor, and added several new retailers to our listing of stockists. The following is a quick rundown of each of our currently active product lines, and what is going on with them:

Brushfire
We ran a successful Kickstarter earlier this year to fund hiring Jason Wiebe to wrap up the contents of the Scyzantium warband, hitting our primary goal and reaching our Chugoku stretch goal. The result of which has allowed us to get Jason to sculpt the Veiled Assassins and Agamid Vizier for Scyzantium, and Daniel to sculpt the Red Wu, Lem Han, and soon enough the Red Wu Hero, Wu Xian for Chugoku; finishing off the last 2 warbands for Brushfire. Additionally with the costs for all of those covered by the Kickstarter we were able to bring in Bob Naismith to do the Valkyr Mk.1 and Gecko Rider for Scyzantium.

Historia Rodentia
As a joint effort with Mongoose Publishing we’ve been able to release the Brushfire roleplaying sourcebook “Historia Rodentia” for the Legend roleplaying system this summer. At Gencon this year, we also showed off the first few sculpts for our Historia Rodentia line of miniatures due for release in a few weeks.

Endless: Fantasy Tactics
We hinted at EFT last year, and announced it early in this year. After a few delays with pre-production we ran our successful Kickstarter campaign. Far exceeding our expectations, we were able to get the funding for the 20 unique sculpts. With a goal of $15,000, thanks to a great group of backers we were able to do over $20k and pass a number of stretch goals. The Rulebook is currently in the beta phase and available to backers to participate in the testing process. Nearly half the sculpts are finished and waiting for the Christmas mailing rush to be over before being sent to the casting facility. The game will be released next year in Q2/Q3, with some special events at select conventions.

Something New!
We’ve got something cool in the works, but can’t say what it is yet! (It’s a licensed property!)

Going Forward
In 2012 we only had about 15 releases, mostly new sculpts but also a few conversions to resin. So far for 2013 we have nearly new 40 sculpts in progress to be released in Q1-Q2.

For Brushfire, we intend to get the last troops out for the eight current factions and as many character models as possible. Daniel Fokine will continue to handle the majority of releases, but Bob Naismith, Mike Evans, Curtis Fell, and Leonardo Madeo will also be doing a few releases. We would like to start having a few models from the Federated States, Volk-Urssia, and Exomorphs show up as Mercs or Historia Rodentia minis before getting proper full factions.

For Historia Rodentia, we have plans for individual nation books. These would focus on a single nation, adding more species templates, organizations, and other details about the nation. Axony and Ribenguo are on the top of our list for this.

For Endless, beyond the 20 models released via the Kickstarter we hope to release the remaining classes, at least 5 Monsters, and 5 Heroes before the end of 2013. We have been considering a mini/quick Kickstarter campaign to fund the printing & enhancement (more art!) of the Rulebook, but have not decided if that is the route we wish to go, as we do not like having multiple Kickstarters for one game. If we do decide to do this, it will not be until all of the minis from the first one have shipped. We are also working on a new RPG system using the same setting, but “Endless: Fantasy Roleplay” is likely a year or two away.
In Closing

We would like to also thank everyone who has backed our games, whether via the Kickstarter, or simply picking them up at conventions, stores, or on our website. On The Lamb Games was started to make games we wanted to play, and we’re thrilled to see so many other gamers feel the same way we do.

Kickstarter Update #40 - A Dozen Red Roses For My Darling wrote:Our caster finished up the first master cast of the Dragoon today, which you can see below. Unfortunately in doing so a number of issues have come up related to its sculpt that we'll be needing to get corrected. Since its a digital sculpt this should be easy to fix/reprint, and we'll keep you all up to date on it.

Below is the cast with no clean up and just a quick prime/dry brush paint job.

The main issues are just the spear needs to be bulked up as do the connection points for the wings on the helmet. We're also hoping to lower the number of parts she is in, as its currently around 10.

Heh, yea sorry for the crapy prime, dry brush and wash job, just wanted some contrast for details. It really is a lovely model, and once we get some small points hammered out here it will be good to go!

Agreed, the transition from Vinni's digital sculpt to cast is pretty sweet. The first image looks like the digital sculpt.

Wow the dragoon looks great! I see the wings on the helmet didn't come out but the rest is awesome.

The king gel is not, though :(. Looks like a bouncy ball with a playdough face and polka dots...

The Dragoon looks great Cyp, I'm plesantly surpraised she came out so close to the artwork, really great job. You should leave her in 10 parts, sounds like a fun little challenge, separates the men from the puny boys.

I would, but more parts mean more molds, higher casting costs, and ultimately a higher SRP.

Though as long as she doesn't rival the Shrew Hussar's 22 bits we can deal with it if need be.

Don't worry Rolt, we have some ideas to knock down the part count without making it less awesome. I will see to that; I really love the model as it stands!
