Interesting... looks like this may happen despite the Kickstarter not reaching the full goal. That has happened for other projects, too (Exodus Wars)- the exposure of the campaign, despite the failure to reach full funding through KS, opens business opportunities to make the project happen through traditional means.

Dear all,
First of all, we wanted to say a very big thank you to each and everyone one of you. It has been a very endearing and also exciting process. First & foremost a big heartfelt thank you to our backers on kickstarters, who will not be forgotten (more on this down below).

We loved the engagement we had with the gaming community and one we will continue. From just a little over than 40 days we announced ourselves to the world and already we have a fantastic foothold in one market.

We still very much want the western market as we have now a good foothold in the east. So here is the next step for Game & Gears Gaming Board product lines.

With an attainment of a new market outside of Kickstarter this has helped us allot and will continue to help us do many things. We will invest allot in opening a few warehouses in the PRC to meet consistent demand in the years to come. We will also build a dedicated team insure a steady pace of growth & retention for the market. That front is now under way and we look forward very much to it as it grows and demand keeps increasing.

However we very much have our eyes on the western market as well. Our goal has always been a long term one to become established for many decades to come and deliver high end products at an affordable price & also to become your favourite household name in this market. In our books the consumer is king. We have developed, evolved & change over the last 40 plus days because of you, we listened and we have got more installed. As manufacturers we want to establish warehouses and more product line to meet to needs/demands and wants of the gaming community. So here are the next few steps post our initial Kick Starter for the Games & Gears Gaming Boards product line and more:

New Launch in February 2013 Games & Gears Mark 2 Gaming Boards on Kickstarter.
- New Engraved 1inch Hex grids Battle Boards (with our current texture designs)! In addition to our current Battle Boards range
- Sci-Fi City War Battle Board
- 2 types of Battle Board design option selected at every level from 60.00GBP & above. Gives you more diversity. (Higher stretch goal will allow you 3 designs, we suggest you go for larger board sizes =P).
- Early bird rewards for those who pledge early
- Hybrid Battle Boards, unlocked one by one from stretch goals. First Hybrid Battle Board will be our first stretch goal
- More Deluxe Felt Surface Gaming Boards add-ons.
- Our 96 initial backers will be the first to be told of our new kickstarters and we will add 2 extra days in where we will announce only first to our initial backers so they have first come first serve on our really good early bird rewards. There will also be near around the same number of our initial 96 backers for the early bird rewards. We will also bundle a few surprise items for the initial 96 backers who re-pledge on our new kickstarter and a thank you for your long term commitment to us.
- All products to be delivered for June/July 2013. Our New Kickstarter will end in March 2013.
This is in addition to all that was offered in our previous kickstarter. We can now do a bit more so we will.

Pro Studio Product Line to be announced and released in January on Kickstarter. A new line of products that will compliment your gaming boards, models & armies!

There is allot more but that is what we can reveal for now. Of course once we get more solid confirmations we will let you know. For now please like our Facebook Page as our website is under construction (April 2013).

Keeping the hybrid boards as stretch goals may be a mistake.

I strongly suspect the lack of ability to use more than one tile type and transition from one to another kept at least some folks from backing the project.

We are looking into it =). For now that is what we can offer. But we will do our best to see what we can do near the time. Thanks Cptjake.

Putting aside my inital £120 for the next kickstarter, still a great product and looking forward to getting mine at some point soon

Looks like all the suggestions were incorporated, focused and on high demand complete sets, yes count me in for that of course!

I think my wallet should be back from the Christmas brink by February. I'll be sure to back round 2.
