So as the title have said
If you do expand into a new faction, which faction would you expand to?
and
Which faction you won't expand into(or at least bsaed on the faction current condition)

I would expand to Cryx or Ret, based on which one have a cooler warcaster on wrath(aka who run jack better)

I wouldn't expand to Skorne, for one reason "Agonizer"

I will be expanding my forces to include ret. I already have a legion and menoth army. i would refuse to ever expand into cygnar or khador because i dont like the models for khador and i think cygnar is to overpowered with all the ranged and stuff they have

Wouldn't Ret be the current "ranged " faction?
what is with their "We stick gun on near everything(ALL of the their heavies have guns", then again they are magic slinging rather than bullets

Cyngar has them beat for pure sooting. There are only 3 units (Sword Knights, Precursor Knights, and Field Mechanics) that don't have a ranged attack. Most of Cygnar casters are shooting based as well.

You have to remeber that Retribution has by far the smallest range of miniatures, excluding minions, so their jacks have to multitask.

I run Protectorate, with a little Searforge on the side. If I were to expand, I'd probably want to move into Hordes for some variation.

I'm exceptionally n00b to Hordes, but I would want something with a different play style to my current forces, and I love the strong characterization with the Troll Blood models. I'd probably go there.

I agree, they are pathetically adorable.

As for the OP's question. I don't thing there really is any army that I really want to expand into (I have 4 factions already). I would rather learn those factions and be comfortable with several 35 and 50 point lists.

However, there are plenty of models I want to get and paint from the other factions that I don't play.

I painted Dominar Rasheth primarily because his attendees
were Agonizers.

I'm actually getting rid of my present factions... save but a couple of choice models.

The next Faction I'm going to try out is Skorne. They remind me of the Yuuzhan Vong from the Star Wars EU and I love their elephant giants. ...thats for Hordes.

I'm not sure what I'll do as far as warmachine goes. I've tried all of them during MK1 and they all have their pluses and minuses. Maybe Cygnar for the trenchers.

The faction I won't play is Merc... specifically pirates... There aren't too much I like about mercs except maybe for Magnus, Alexia, the Bokur, and Kell.

I currently collect Trollbloods, Menoth, and Ret. I own a small collection of unassembled Circle that I may or may not try to rid myself of someday.

I want to start some Legion and some mercs (pirates and Rhulics), and maybe some Cryx. I'm about to start collecting 40K (CSM) so these might be a while.

I have no interest in Skorne or Cygnar and while I kinda dig Khador I don't really want to spend tme and money on the faction.

I'm currently working with Cygnar but I'm pretty tempted by Circle having read the factions in the Horde rulebook and liking a few of the minis.

I'd not do Protectorate because for some odd reason I have a very visceral dislike of them having read the fluff. A real shame as I love a lot of the models.

Retribution, searforge and Orboros are the only factions thus far who appeal to me

Also adorable. So nice of the Skorne to give such pathetic critters a place in their army. They need to stop being so damn whiny about it though. Silly ungrateful Titans...

I'll probably move into playing Mercs next, since I already own almost all the merc models anyway. Either that or I'll move back into protectorate.

I currently play Trollbloods, and if I had to pick another faction to play it'd be a toss up between Circle and Legion, though both are pretty mono-theme lists that I want. (Beast heavy legion with Epic or Prime Thaggy, and Tharn heavy circle with Satyrs and Warpwolves)

Id really like to get a Farrow group together. A buncha angry battle piggies look cute

For some reason I hated Retribution at first, but for some reason it grew on me. It started with the MHSF.

I could find something I liked in almost any army. I am drawn more to the warmachine factions than hordes but I could make something cool out of circle or legion. They all have cool enough rules to use and a broad stable of models I wouldn't mind owning.
I like skorne ok but I dont care for titans or how all their troops look the same. I still might be able to make a functional list or two to my liking with them though.
The faction I hate and will never ever touch is trolls, their design elements just do not agree with me. I actually resent that that army is even compatible to play against my own because they look so goofy. I would like to explain more in detail but I really do dislike almost everything about those creatures.

YeahI wouldn't probably play trolls either , not to the level "won't touch them " but wouldn't exactly expand into trolls

I won't play Khador, there's 3 other Khador players I know. XD *kill me*

I'd say my next army would be Skorne or Everblight maybe Circle for Beasts or Cygnar for Warmachine.

I just started picking up some Legion stuff so I guess I couldn't pick that. Trolls would be possible if I could find a deal on them.

*edit* Wouldn't play would be Circle because I just don't care for the theme of it. No game reason for that though.

If I had a little extra money I would start a blindwater army, and never ever ever play retribution.

I spend way to much time complaining about the easy button that is the mage hunter strikeforce and ua. I sit to comfortably on my high horse to ever play them.

I won't pick Scyrah either, seem like a super-cheese faction. Though this may change... it all depends really.

Do kinda want Searforge, though I do like Cygnar...
