High Wycombe

The title says it all really.

For me it's saints row 2; I completed it 100% and then found out about cheats so messed around alot and then completed it 100% again with cheats, then I found the zombie minigame thhen a friend got it so I heped them to complete woth and without cheats and the zombie minigame. In total: Approx. 300 hours of game time.

Also, when I got this game it was pretty old so I got it for just £10, I'd say that was a good spend.

I think I put about 150 hours into Oblivion. Maybe 99 in Final Fantasy VII. I have this thing called a job that usually limits my exposure to video games. Heck if I didn't have access to a computer at work, I probably wouldn't be on dakka much.

I know quite a few people who have WOW /played time measured in Days.

I forget what mine is at right now, but I'd bet in the range of 50-100+ days.

I don't like to think about how much time I've logged in WoW over the years.

Its depressing.

I am not playing it currently either.

...so much time I could have spent on art /facepalm

I had over a year actively logged into Everquest. (By which I mean "Time played" was past 365 days, not that I logged in for a year straight)

I kept playing for quite a while after I noticed that as well, but stopped looking.

Single player. . .Morrowind probably? I know one character was well over 100hours and I played at least a half dozen of them.

But I spend a lot of time doing very strange things in video games, my play times are not indicative of many of them.

It's sadder when you see I have about 20 games with at least 100 hours I didn't bother listing. And I could probably combine all the Dynasty Warrior games for about 800+ hours I'm guessing. EDIT: The Dawn of War games probably add up to around 500... EDIT EDIT: The Halo series probably adds up to a 1000 hours.

Maybe I should like... find a friend... or something...

The hours I racked up in the Gran Tourismo and total war franchises. Good lord. I have never played an online game for the same reason I have never tried heroin. I genuinely enjoy having a life. Just too scary to even think about.

Morrowind: all my different files together? Hundreds of hours. I've beaten it and done nearly everything with one char (every artifact, all daedric, all glass, every sanguine item etc in a collection)
Then, I bought the GoTY version...

And did it all again

Another would be the call of duty series (cod4, mw2, BO mainly) for hundreds more
And don't get me started on gamecube / gameboy games...
The Time Splitters series on gamecube, heck, I probably have more hours clocked on TS2 and TS: Future Perfect than the Cod series and most stand-alone games on the xbox I've played
And Metroid Fusion for gamecube? I've fully 100% completed that game at the minimum for 40 times. I used to play that game every day, and try to beat my last run through from the day before.

Single player, almost certainly Fallout 3, since it was what I fell back on whenever I didn't have anything better to do. For multiplayer the original Left 4 Dead, having played it constantly before its sequel came out. TF2 probably comes in a close second, which I played between then and no longer having access to an internet connection capable of playing it (or even logging onto Steam ).

By the time I quit World of Warcraft, I had over 300 days of /played time logged on my main character, not including alts (Of which I had 4 at max level). Rather addicted over the course of the five years I played, it replaced my outside social life.

Apart from MMOs, probably logged the most time into Baldur's Gate series. Think I've completed that 8 times or so now, and it's a good 50 hours plus of gameplay if you finish all the side-quests.

City of villains. If we're not counting MMOs then likely starcraft or diablo 2. If contemporary then Cod:MW2 (something like twelve thousand kills online, which I think is a lot).

Counting MMOs: Shadowbane, something like a year and a half/two years (I was young and played it over a few school years....) Fun Fact: I was the only person on my server who knew how to play the Channeler. Seriously, people would Search me after I killed three guys (Occasionally all three 20+ levels bigger than me) and start saying things to the point of "Man, I really hope never to meet you....."

Also, we started a civil war that broke an entire alliance of Nations . We agreed to ally with our Nation, on the condition that they gave us 50% of the resources from Mines WE took, but after a few months of not getting our resources, we left right in the middle of a Bane (city seige) and divided an entire server. Oh we were crushed terribly, but it was Shadowbane History, that.

Not Counting MMO's: Gears of War. Was my brothers and mine's religion when it came out.

I've never feared Death or Dying. I've only feared never Trying.

I have somewhere in the realm of about 250 hours in COD:MW2, just hit about 350 hours in TF2 yesterday, and somewhere in the realm of about 20 days between multiple characters in WoW. I don't play anymore, though.
Singleplayer wise, probably my ridiculous KotoR 2 binge in 6th grade which took me through about 4-5 playthroughs in less than a month, probably about 100 hours in total.
Someone just reminded me of Gamecube games...
18 playthroughs on one file of Luigi's Mansion, last 10 or so were 100% runs
180 hours on SSB:M
240 hours on Kirby Airride
At least 10 full playthroughs between Wind Waker and Twilight Princess
5 or so playthroughs of Sonic Adventure DX
And a whole host of other games I wasted my childhood on.
@Shuma: I managed to get somewhere around 30k in 250hrs, not that many

Probably Guild Wars, over 1000 hours clocked there. Then again it is an MMO, so seems like standard-fare. I'd imagine I have hundreds of hours on Morrowind too.

Edit: Just checked DoW2 and I got myself near 500 hours there....

I spent quite a lot of time playing fallout 3 for computer (with all the expansions.)
I have spent some time playing wow. not to the extent a lot of people do though.
I did play Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas a lot when it first came out then found out all the gang stuff i did in the beginning was for nothing. although i was stinking rich from it
back in the day i put a mass amount into pokemon gold and silver.
Donkey Kong 64 was another one i played a bit too much.
God of War/God of War 2: always get on a marathon when i start playing the first one. start with one then play two (wish i had a ps3 to play the third one)
I havent kept track of how much time I've played certain games but those are the major games i played/play.

Why walk when you can WAAAAAGH!!!!!

Either Total Annihilation or TF2. Dunno how many hours I put into TA, but I played it over the course of almost a decade. I know I put in over a thousand hours in TF2.

Star Wars Galaxies (Pre-CU) - I don't even want to think about it
Silent Hill 2 - 700+ hours
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind - 700+ hours
Final Fantasy Tactics - ??? (The timer stops at 99'99"99, so I'd guess about 500 hours)
Dissidia: Final Fantasy - 360 hours
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas - 300+ hours
Fallout 3 - 250 hours
Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker - 180 hours

Etcetera.
