the eldar codex says that:

The exarch and his squad may choose to add one to the number of shots they each fire with their shuriken weapons that turn.

My question: if I had Asurmen in a dire avenger squad with an exarch with bladestorm, could they both call a bladestorm in the same turn so that each dire avenger get 4 shots each?

Nope. Bladestorm doesn't stack AFAIK. Also this belongs in YMDC

No, exarch abilities do not stack.

I don't see anything in the rules prohibiting this. The ability just says it adds one to the number of shots this turn and you cannot fire in the subsequent shooting phase.
Using the Exarch's ability does not preclude using Asurmans ability as far as I can see.

If it hasn't been FAQed, then there is no reason for it not to.

The codex said pheonix lords and exarchs don't stack abilities. Its on the pheonix lord entry. Discipline rule, last sentance.
