I've seen a lot of henchmen lists but not many that include psyker units. For around 125 or so points, you can get an str 10 ap 1 36" assault larg blast. 6 of these units in the transport of your choice is easy on the points and with a culexus assassin in the transport of your choice, you can ger an rather silly 74+ str5 ap1 shots off. Yes that's only if your transports are all clustered together. But it still is a sicking amount of fire power even if the assassin is in range of just one or two units. now if we go with the ruling that Henchman troops don't take slots, (I believe they do, the store I go to doesn't) the amount of template blastiness one could put out is stunning.

And whilst you're pointing and shouting at the boogeyman in the corner, you're missing the burglar coming in through the window.
Well, Duh! Because they had a giant Mining ship. If you had a giant mining ship you would drill holes in everything too, before you'd destory it with a black hole |

Fun, and the fire power scales better than a PSB (being cheaper) but subject to the whims of the dice gods more than a lot of plans will be. These guys have leadership 8, and the second they get perils of the warp on their psychic test, they all die. If anti-psyker abilties like a hood or eldar runes are in play, good luck.
Also, there may be some contention as to whether they "count" individually as psykers. Given that they use their power and test as a combined unit, it may be the same rules as GK squads, meaning that the unit as a whole is 1 psyker.

Yeah....auto-lose against Eldar. =D
And pretty much screwed against any Space Marine with a Psychic Hood.
*edit* As a sidenote, I do have a variation of the Inquisitor psychic army, but I have "insurance" against psychic hoods and Runes of Warding in the form of a Vindicare Assassin backed up by a lot of non psychic shooting.

Yeah I had plans to add a Vindicare and the usual psybolt dreds. I think that would make a potent combo.

henchmen psykers are listed as being counted as one psyker. as are all grey knights. you will get more shots, but 74+ would require 36 units of grey knights, very unlikely.
